Iron pills that don't constipate me.
Iron pills constipates me, and i am anemic. I gave these iron pills a chance due to them being vegan iron supplements. While using PlantFusion, I have no constipation. Because of the anemia, I double up my intake. There is no mistaken, I feel better since using them. They are easy to swallow and there's no after taste if I burp. I don't take these pills on an empty stomach. I usually eat a cucumber or a slice bellpepper with grapes first. I am very impressed with this brand.

I had blood work done and my ferritin was 5... That's extremely low, if you didn't know. I began taking this iron supplement 3-4 times per week, and in less than 2 months, my ferritin had gone up to 12. I'm still on them and I'll get rechecked later on. Without these, my doctor was talking about possibly doing some kind of iron infusions. I love that these are vegan!
