Loved it
From the leaper to the moulding on the boot handle. Yes it's and old kit and yes you spend more time trying to make it fit and removing more flashing than parts but that's part of the fun and it was a lot of that.

Classic Car - Classic Kit!
This is the return of one of Airfix's most iconic car kits - the Jaguar 420. Long sought after on the second hand market, prices had been going through the roof due to the fact that Airfix had not released this kit for decades. Due to popular demand however, it is now back - and boy is it worth the wait. Crisply moulded with no flash this is one lovely kit that certainly belies it's age and justifies it's legendary, much sought-after status. I have one of these - but I think I may have to get another two or three - it's that good. Highly recommended.

Warning.
The flash and bad moulds are just a few of these Indian imported remakes. Being a model builder for over 25 years I've seen some sights and this is one eye ache. Luckily Amazon stepped in. The last picture is the replacement painted with colour shift to try and make it modded. Airfix were on about losing money well sort your moulds out. Beware if you ain't model building pro. You will struggle with this kit.Airfix is a good company but they need to clamp down on quality control...

The item is as described and good quality.It’s been many years since I last purchased AIRFIX MODELS and was wondering if the quality was still the same?Not disappointed as the kit is excellent and the quality is as I remember, the Model is accurate and represents the Jaguar car perfectlyI would recommend the seller as they delivered on time and in perfect condition
