Tom's of Maine Natural Strength Plastic-Free Aluminum-Free Deodorant, Coconut Lavender, 2 oz. 3-Pack (Packaging May Vary)

I love this deodorant for it’s light, powdery scent and eco friendly packaging. I swore off antiperspirants years ago, when it was proven that they do not allow the body to naturally do what it was designed to do (cool), and switched to deodorant. I’ve been searching high and low for Tom’s in the cardboard tube and couldn’t find it. Amazon to the rescue! ♻️ 🌎

Deodorant works. I just wish it had no scent. There is no reason for a scent. The scent is mild, not at all overpowering, but I still wish it wasn't there.

Was expecting these to be bigger but it does smell really good. Was hoping for a clear deodorant but I'll go ahead a try this out because it smells so good.UPDATE 6/11/22: I LOVE this deodorant! It goes on like a clear one (as long as you don't cake it on) and smells so good. Still trying to get use to the cardboard container and it not staying up but that doesn't bother me too much.

I had high hopes that putting deodorant in a cardboard tube was a great way of cutting back on wasted plastic but I’m not thrilled with this product. It’s a nuisance trying to push the deodorant up through the tube with your finger from the bottom. Also there’s a lot of wasted product because there’s nothing to keep it from just falling out of the tube after you’ve used more than half of it. As far as the deodorant itself, it didn’t work for me and now I’m back to using a traditional gel brand that contains aluminum. I wish there were better alternatives out there but I’m not willing to spend $15 or more on some so-called natural brand that may or may not keep me smelling fresh all day.

Ok look if you buy deodorant that says “natural strength” it’s just not going to hold up to a full day of sweat and still have you smelling like flowers. BUT this stuff is very gentle on my sensitive skin and with a refresh/reapplication it can get you through a normal day without giving you cancer or whatever the aluminum stuff supposedly does. This formula is much better than the clear formula about staying on through a little sweat.

I love Toms and usually use the wild lavender 24hr protection which I have used for years. Since I trust the brand and love this sustainable packaging on this product I decided to give this a shot.What a total waste of money. It does not smell like lavender or coconut and it barely lasts 4 hours. It's not even summer and this does not stand up. I am not someone that is switching from antiperspirant. If you are using a different Tom's deodorant stick to what works…this is a waste of your money.I wish they would just package all of their deodorants this way but the actual product here is trash. The 2 stars are purely for the packaging.————————-Update—————————-Moving it to one star. The product leaves arms feeling waxy with a film that cannot be removed with just soap and water you have to scrub. This is by far the worst deodorant I’ve ever tried.

I had a full axial dissection so I purchased this. It took a few days for my body to adjust to the deodorant but it seems to work well. As for ease of use, read carefully. When it says to use your index finger, that’s exactly what it means. Your thumb won’t work to push up the stick. It has a nice fragrance. Not overpowering.

In the morning when applying this, it smells so good. It gives high hopes.I don’t like the cardboard applicator. It makes it hard to get to your product.Now, it applies good when you get to it. It smells great, but it does not have any lasting power. I work from home and literally by mid day, I smell like I’ve ran a few miles and wrestled a bear. Why Tom’s? Why would you set me up for failure?My typical go to product is Dove and then I went to Secret. I like my Secret but wanted to try Tom’s. I regret it everyday when I smell like a football player and I haven’t done much all day.I just cancelled my subscription! I’m going to use the remainder of them because I bought them, but I now know I have to keep one on me cause this will stop working on me in a minute.
