This wall mount, IMHO, is overpriced for a few laser cut pieces of metal with storage pins welded on, but it’s elegant and really the best quality/design I was able to find. It seems up to the task of holding lots of weight for years to come. I tried the titan rack and it it’s much bulkier and projects farther from the wall than I wanted.Plan on mounting this directly on the floor or baseboard long as you can find your studs, this is a very straight forward install and does exactly what it advertises very well.In the end, a couple hundred bucks to get plates off the floor, organized, and stored neatly was worth it.

I was not going to buy these because PRX customer service is horrible but they are really the only company that makes a good version of this storage item. They were cheaper on Amazon than on the PRX site as well.I tried to buy the cheap import version of these first to save money and OMG what a disaster. Parts just tossed in a box and the paint was already pealing off. Parts were bent and they weld the posts from the front not the back like PRX. Needless to say, they were returned immediately.So I spent the extra money and bought the PRX version and wow, they are really nice, well-made, perfect paint, and the welds are on the back of the posts where they should be. Also, the packaging was very well done and held the items in place, so there was no damage.This is one of those times when you understand the difference of high quality versus trying to get away with a lower cost cheaper items. Glad I bought them and would recommend.

First of all, the plate racks came twice as fast as indicated, followed directly by a customer service email making sure that everything arrived as expected. Secondly, the quality of the product is outstanding. I was nervous about hanging the amount of weight we have on a stud system, so I dispersed on two plate racks w/wings. Each rack is holding 245lbs. (490 total lbs.) and is absolutely solid. I should mention, one of the wing plates had a "catch:" there was too much metal in the elbow of the male piece, so the wing wouldn't slide into female top piece. I contacted customer service and they took care of it with immediate attention. These things happen, but are rarely handled so efficiently and with such pride in their workmanship. (I also purchased the PRx bar holder and love it. The bar doesn't rock, sets in snuggly, and fits under a lower ceiling.) I couldn't be more pleased with this system. It has transformed my gym. I used to use an "A" frame plate rack and it took up so much space, did damage to the floor, and I had to take smaller plates off to get to bigger plates stored underneath them. PRx plate storage with wings is efficient, clean, sturdy, and hugely space-saving. All the stars!

When I re-did my home gym, I wanted to do a better job of using space efficiently. This plate storage was easy to install and takes all my weight plates off the ground and out of the way. I have the 4-peg version and it holds all of my plates with room to spare.

I was looking for ways to save space sense my gym is in my master bedroom. I looked for cheaper option for my weight wall hangers but this one just felt right. I know it cost more, almost double, what the next brand offered and I'm sure it has something to do with getting a deal on Shark Tank, cause they have to have their large cut too, but once I received these I found them to be very well made with quality steel. They mesh together nicely and are well cut and fit like a glove. As for the screws that hang these different sections, I found them to be under par. I broke off two trying to twist them into my wall studs and ended up going to Home Depot and found some beautiful black screw and washer replacements that worked out great! I wish this company would bring down the price so I could afford another 3 peg unit for additional weights but I guess that's just me hoping. Now at 63 years of age I'm trying to work my way back up to my original 320 pound bench press. Wish me luck...

The unit itself is great. Solid steel, good manufacturing with no sharp edges or missing paint. This is exactly what I needed to keep all of my weight plates organized in my workout room. My only complaint is that the mounting hardware included is weak and cheap. Two of the included bolts had their heads twisted right off while I was installing them into a wooden stud. I didn't use excessive force on the bolts; they just failed during normal installation. Especially given the amount of weight that this rack needs to support (I have > 300 lbs on mine), it is imperative that you use quality hardware to install the rack. I'd still recommend this product, but you should purchase higher-quality bolts at your local hardware store to ensure a safe installation.

Very simple design and yet perfectly functional. Good quality and simple to install with the included hardware.
