What do you clean your skin with if you can't use soap and water before applying dmso?

I wouldn't use spring water to rinse the skin since DMSO causes anything on your skin to be absorbed. I'd rinse with distilled water.

Is this an external application? How do you use the product?

For external use only. I use a roll-on refillable bottle. Do not apply to open cuts or sores. Leave it on for 20 minutes, do not touch it or let anything come in contact with it on your skin for 20 minutes, then you can wipe off the treated area.

You should google this and find the correct dilution. According to what I have read this is Very strong, much more diluted is recommended.
