65 cm Computer Chair
I've been using the 65 cm body ball for the past 3 months as an everyday computer chair at home. I purchased this product because I didn't want to spend 60-80 dollars on a real computer chair. I also figured, some claim it's a very healthy alternative, so why not? Looking at different products, I was a little confused as to what size to get. I'm 5'10 and 150 lbs. I've only used the 65 cm one, so I can't directly compare, but I think this one fits great size-wise. It is able to be inflated to a spot where my knees are at about a 90 degree bend and my eyes are a couple inches below the top of my monitor-two important criteria for sitting in general and while using a computer. The included foot pump is kind of cheap, but it gets the job done without any problems. I aired it up twice in the first week, and haven't added any air since then. After 3 months, it could use a little air though. Also included is a ruler to measure the circumference for proper inflation. I didn't air it up all the way to where it tells you to, that seemed like entering popping territory. I'm sure it would probably be just fine. The ball seems very stable and strong. It's important to remember that using an exercise ball as a chair doesn't magically give you great posture. You can have just as bad posture on a ball as in a normal chair. This was difficult in the first week or two; but you get used to it. I still catch myself slouching sometimes. You might also get sore when you first start using it, too. This will go away after a week or two. Overall, I think this is a great alternative to a chair and it's a lot more fun, as you will most likely find yourself moving or bouncing around while you use it.

Sturdy Ball
Product:After much research, I figured out that this ball is suitable for my height. The ball is blue and shiny as it shows in the picture. The ball comes with a small pump which is not a cycle pump, but a simple small accordian style pump that you can put between your hands like a sandwich and press. The initial inflation takes long time though and it can get tiring. I tried the pump with my foot, and it worked too, so overall not much to complain about the pump. The ball came with a measuring tape and instructions. THe instructions are not the best I have seen but do a decent job. I took one star off because the ball came with a wrong size measuring tape. The instructions state that the measuring tape must be the same color as the ball, and it was not. I even measured it after inflating the ball, and it was apparent that the tape was for a 75 cm ball. In case you are wondering, the tape is to be put around the ball and serves as a device to avoid over inflation and bursting the ball. I have been using guesswork to inflate the ball.I do feel that this ball is slightly smaller than 65cm, but because I do not have the correct measuring tape, I might not be inflating it as much.In general, I like the ball and it appears to be of good quality. I wish they had other colors for this size, but apparently I could not find a different color for 65cm that was made by Valeo.Amazon specific:I got this ball from Amazon with prime shipping. The item arrived promptly and was packaged nicely. Good job Amazon.

Good quality
I bought this for myself since I have long legs, I need the extra 10cm. It is great quality. Very strong. I would like to say that I learned this through excessive use while exercising, but the truth is that it has not been used to exercise nearly as much as it should be. The way I know of its quality and strength is because my 4 children will not leave it alone. It is really big and will not fit through standard doorways, so I have to store it in the corner of the family room, as that is the room where I work out (when I make time to work out). My youngest daughter is in three home-based early intervention therapies (speech, development and occupational) per week and her therapists regularly use my Valeo Body Ball as part of their therapy. My other 3 older children can often be found sitting on it, rocking on it and most recently playing "Boulder Tag" with it. Boulder Tag is where the ball is a boulder and they chase each other around the room rolling/throwing the ball at each other. It drives me crazy and I am constantly asking them to stop because I am worried for the safety of my ball. But the ball has held up wonderfully. I have had other fitness balls in the past that have not been nearly as sturdy. One round of Boulder Tag with my last ball (I do not remember the brand name) and it would have popped immediately.Oh...and the ball came with a pump which I didn't realize. Maybe it said in the description, but I missed it. So I ordered a pump to arrive with it. I didn't need it.

It's Not Easy Being Green
I've listened to Leo Laporte talk about the benefits of sitting on one of these in place of an office chair for years, so I decided to try it. I know he's had a couple of cheap ones burst, and I'm told this is the one he now uses, so that's why I got it. I've only been using it for a little while, but so far, I like it. It makes me sit up straight, which helps my typing posture, and I'm constantly moving, which I hope will boost my energy and burn calories. Thus far, my only complaints are the color (which is more suited for a teenage girl's bedroom than a professional office) and the pump that came with it. About halfway through blowing up the ball, the pump froze up and wouldn't work. Something snapped in it, and it wouldn't inflate at all after that. As a result, I had to run down to WallyWorld. Luckily they had a Spalding hand pump that had two nozzles, one needle and one large plastic one that fits exercise balls. Amazon sells a couple that are very similar. They're cheap and work a lot better anyway, so I'd advise to go ahead and order one of those when you order the ball rather than relying on the pump included. Spalding 8306S Championship Power Pump - 12" Huffy Sports 8" Power Air Pump 2012-12-30 Update - I am still using the ball every business day as my primary "chair". It has not deflated at all, and I remain very satisfied with my purchase.

Smaller Than Expected
Good quality ball. Purchased it to help with naturally inducing when pregnant. Wish I got a size bigger though. I went by the size guide and got the 55cm as I am 5 feet tall but found it to be a little small. I'll still use it for exercising though.

Great quality for the price, does the job
It came with a pamphlet of yoga ball exercises, which I thought was neat. I don't use it for exercise, I mainly wanted it for a chair. I'm 5'3 and around 130 lbs, and it works perfectly as a desk chair for me. I was hesitant with inflating it because the pump is a hand pump, but it actually didn't take long at all. It comes with a green measuring tape to indicate the size it should inflate to. I inflated it a couple of inches less than the green tape circumference because I was scared it was going to pop, but the size is fine nonetheless. Very happy with this purchase! I would recommend it.I ordered the white and the color turned out nice! It is only yellow-tinted because of my light.

IMPORTANT: You DO need to have or get a proper air pump!
I read others' coplaints about the air pump that comes with this ball, and figured "how bad can it be"? I can usually get things to work. Well, I can tell you, it is definitely NOT a case of anyone being clumsy or rough with the pump or not figuring out how to use it well. It's a case of the pump being a worthless plastic toy that is simply not capable of inflating the ball fully. It's a simple plastic tube with a plunger and a rubber flap at the top that acts as a valve. It works to a point, but once the ball is rounded out and the air inside begins to take on pressure, the air blows out around the seals in the pump and it's no longer possible to pump in more air than leaks out. And at this point, according to the tape measure that comes with the ball, it's got about another 6" in circumference to go.And my bicycle pump can't attach to the ball's valve, so I need to buy another pump. If I'd known this when I bought the ball I could have bought one had it shipped at the same time for free shipping. But now what? No ball until I spend another $25 or pay shipping on just a pump?Inlcuding this pump is a very bad idea. The company is shooting themselves in the foot. They really should include either a pump that can actually inflate the ball, or none at all. The difference in price (for a working pump) is much less important than the difference between a happy customer and an annoyed and frustrated one. They clearly either have not tested what they're selling, or are intentionally including a worthless pump that costs them next to nothing just to be able to say it includes a pump. And why do they refer to it as a "dual action" pump and a "two way" pump? What, "push" and "pull" are two ways? How else would a pump work? What would a "single-action" or "one-way" pump be? This only reinforces the image that they're all about marketing and think very little of their customers. So far the ball itself seems fine, but of course I don't know how well it works or how durable it is when it's properly inflated.

Good for the price
It's a good product given that I paid around $20 for it. Easy to fill up the ball.I'm 6 ft tall and I ordered the 75". If you are looking for something to use as an office chair as well, I'd recommend ordering one size lower (65").

worth the cash
worth the money, this ball is very good quality also, just take out of the bog and use the pump to inflate, very quick and easy, if you want to deflate it just take out the plug and fold or roll the ball back up to store wherever you need to
