It is an envelope
What can I say? These are envelopes so are ideal for sending letters or documents to other people (or yourself, but I do not judge). If you are not familiar with the concept then I suggest giving it a go occasionally. However envelopes are not designed for much else. For example, serving cups of tea would probably require a tea pot or hats are better for wearing on your head, but if desperate you could use them for that.
