KVM was easy to set-up and worked perfectly for first 8 hours; then 1 displayport channel started to get flakey and would cut out occasionally. Swapping cables/monitors/computers proved it was one of the video channels on the KVM itself, then after 8-10 hours use the second channel also started to get flakey, and eventually all video processed through the switch was unusable.

I liked this unit right up until I installed it. It did not work as it would not pick up the second monitor (which is why I got it, in the first place). Customer service was very polite but, in the end, useless. Kept me going until I passed the return window. Now left with a piece of junk. Don't buy.

My wired Microsoft mouse did not work initially (mouse cursor went flying away), but a dumb Dell mouse worked. After reading the manual, I switched the rear out ports to USB hub mode and both the Microsoft keyboard and mouse were identified and work perfectly. You lose the hot key function, but the remote switch, with a nice long cord, fills the gap.I have 2 laptops and a desktop working without issue with 2 QHD monitors. Both laptops have docking stations (Dell and Lenovo). The Dell dock required a display port to HDMI converter, since it only had one HDMI out port. The Lenovo dock had two HDMI outputs. The desktop video card also had 2 HDMI ports, so it connected without issue.Speakers are working across all machines, although it would be nice to be able to pin them to a particular machine (i.e. if you are playing music).The only real improvement suggestion would be to have one or two sets of cables be longer for machines that are a bit further away (i.e. desktops beside desk).

The good part is I can share speaker and webcam as my work needs to be on different platforms. Some times I need share the Mac screen while Microsoft Meet someone and sometimes it's on PC so to share the speaker and webcam really is important.It supports 2 monitors also is very convenient.And yes, it supports wireless keyboard and mouse. I'm using a combo.The bad part (maybe it's my fault as I uses a display port to HDMI adapter which claimed to support 4K), looks to me the switch doesn't support 2560 * 1440 monitor, not to mention 4K one. I have no problem for now but in the future it'd be a big inconvenient. For this problem, I minus 1 star.Mac users need know that due to macOS bug, there'll be no mouse click when uses KVM switch, you need connect a mouse directly to Mac. The problem has been there for many years.

Works perfectly 98% of the time, but every now and then my monitors wont work and I'll have to restart the device or my computer (sometimes both). I believe the issue happens when switching back forth from one input source to another (I try to avoid going back forth too often because of the problems that pop up).Also, the input usb port for the mouse doesn't work. This isn't an issue as you can use any of the other 4 available.Overall worth the money, and very useful. I'd give it 4.5/5 if I could.
