Only phone my parents can use in their house with a metal roof.

I've no interest in owning a 'smart' phone. I purchased this LG flip 4G to replace my 3G. Easy to use, takes better photos than the 3G which was a nice surprise. I'm very happy with this phone.

I got this phone so I could communicate with my husband while out of town and have a way to call 911. I have never never owned a cell phone before, only a land line. This phone did what I bought it for, and also allowed me store information about restaurants and transit near my hotel in NYC, check the weather and the news, and send e-mails. I liked that the flip design protected the screen (not a touch screen) and that the phone fit easily into my pocket. I did not use the camera function, but am sure it would have worked. Total Wireless says I can let its service lapse and re-instate it the next time I need a portable phone, which is what I intend to do. I am very satisfied with this product.

This phone was a piece of junk. I received the phone and it clearly had been used and it was missing battery.

We would like to have the minutes and days left show up on the screen like our lastlg phone and if the phone needs charging.

Great phone. Many other phones crack after a while, this doesn’t. Great phone! Would totally suggest it!

Small enough to fit in my shirt pocket and has a large screen and excellent ring tone.
