Very easy to use! It plugs in to my iphone and laptop with no problem! I haven’t used it much but as often as I have, I’ve had no problems with it. Very useful for those who don’t want to lose photos but have too many on their phone!

Works great! So many people comment on this when they see it. I’ve written it down and sent links to people asking for it. I installed the WitStick app and have had zero problems with it. It has been such a great addition to my iPad and iPhone. I 100% recommend this thumb drive.

I purchased this flash stick because it claimed to 'fit' most iPhone cases. It looked like it would work with my current thin profile case, but upon opening the box I quickly learned it would not; have to remove my phone case in order to use this flash stick.That being said, once the offending case is removed and the flash inserted, it seems to work fairly well, in a somewhat limited fashion. The required app seems a bit dated and would really benefit from an update. The documentation that comes with the device strongly urges you to reformat the flash drive in a format other than the default FAT32, but the app doesn't give you any options from the format menu to do so; at least I could not find anything within the app.Windows 10 recognized the drive immediately once inserted, so no issues there. I feel the device works fine, given the iOS-imposed limited functionality, but am disappointed that it won't work with a case that is classified as a thin profile. I can't imagine that I'd use this drive as regularly as I should given that I'd have to peel off my phone case every time I want to back up.So, bottom line, as long as you understand that the limitations on what data the device can access on your phone is imposed by iOS, AND that you must use a really thin case or no case for this device to fit into the Lightning port on your iPhone, you should be pleased with the performance from this device.This review is based on my expectations and experience with [Apple MFI Certified]oMARS Flash Drive USB 3.0 with Lightning Connector. Whenever possible, I take customer service after the sale into account, and will update my review to share my experiences with the seller when they respond to my review. This seller was very gracious and respectful, and I elected to return the device simply because I didn't want to have to remove the case each time I used this flash drive. However, I'll be clear, every purchase experience, good or bad or in between, is valid, and should be shared with other Amazon customers to help them make up their minds about whether or not they want to purchase the item. I will always make note when and why I update my reviews, but I will never 'withdraw' my review of an item because the seller 'suggests' in an email that my review may hurt their business and ability to sell an item on Amazon. Please, Customer Service person, understand I view it as my responsibility to provide a fair appraisal of a purchase, and withdrawing a review is not normally something I would consider.

Finally a solution to stop my iPhone's "Storage Almost Full" notification. My only problem is with the WitStick application. I can listen music directly from external storage but it stops frequently. Like if I listened 6 songs, it stops at the end of 6th song. Then I have to close and reopen the application, go into the folders, and find where I was...Also every time someone calls me while I am listening music, this problem occurs. When I finish the call, I am able to listen the rest of the current song but at the end it stops playing and doesn't go to the next song...I hope they update the application soon.

This device is very slow to transfer images from your device to the stick. Also, once you do an image file transfer, if you add new photos and want to back them up, the device starts the transfer process from the very beginning, in other words, it does not see the files already on the stick and simply update the new images. It starts all over again. In my case, it took 6 hours to transfer 6,000 images. Granted, this is a lot of images, but I have done transfers with this many images to other devices in minutes. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Vendor should make this VERY clear. Also, just in case you don't easily read this, the stick only works with personal devices, NOT a MAC computer, such as a Desktop Mac or MacBook Pro, Air, etc.

I truly love this product! When you read step by step its smooth sailing compared to other products I have used. I would highly recommend this product! It was quick and easy and very easy to reset if you made a mistake and needed to restart over again. When I ordered this product I didn't think it would come on time or even be easy to use, but I was truly wrong. I am even thinking about getting another one with even more storage for all my other precious things that need to be saved : )

Perfect little flash drive usable with Apple products and with Windows products -- and it holds a lot of material. Well made, sturdy, durable, and I love the pink color!

Sorry, this guldern thing is a pickle to use. Able to transfer some videos but nix on the photos. Going to contact customer support for a how to and if I can't transfer from iPhone to this back-up device will definitely return.

I’ve had this for years now and it does exactly what it says. I’m not sure why more people aren’t using this!!! It’s great for many uses. First, if you don’t have enough storage on your phone for pictures, pop this in and transfer your pictures. I find it so much easier to transfer pictures from my phone to my computer etc. Another use is if you want to transfer files from one to the other. For example I will transfer pdf’s I need for work to my phone.I also found that it’s great for trips. On top of the extra “just in case” storage, you can put movies/shows on this and watch them on your phone without taking up a bunch of storage. I just transfer the movies from my computer to this gadget and plug it into my phone. The only downside is that with the newer iPhones, you can’t plug this and headphones in at the same time but I just use my AirPods.

Great stick does exactly has it should connects perfectly. Only issue is the app is super basic and tends to only shows certain pictures and doesn't have a back up phone feature like some of the other usb stick apps out on the market, unfortunately only works with there app
