This blanket is very easy to set up. It heats up really fast, and it does give a nice sauna effect. You will start to sweat a bunch the longer you stay in. It might be a good idea to cover it with a big towel to help with absorption. Otherwise, sweat on plastic can be slippery. The plastic smell is a bit much a first. Best to let it air out a bit before use.

The blanket worked nicely at first...then the blanket itself burned, then burned the carpet! Not happy! Definitely returning!

I love it! It is convenient, although a little large. It helps with pain relief and sweating out toxins. I lost 5 lbs in the first few weeks. You need to drink lots of water with it!

Zipper broke too easy and was difficult zipping by myself as well. Otherwise I really like the product.

I had to disassemble my sauna and needed something else in the meantime. I also wanted something I could possibly take with me on trips. I think it might weigh too much but we shall soon see. The first blanket that was sent malfunctioned the first use. I contacted Amazon who put me in contact with the company to get it replaced. Odd thing is that the control panel for the second blanket did not work but the control panel for the first blanket works on the second blanket so I’m guessing the issue was the blanket itself. But either way the first blanket has been trashed and new blanket works and I love it.

I wanted to use this a few times before I gave my opinion. It works great and easy to use. The first two times I used it I didn’t work out prior and didn’t sweat very much but it was super relaxing. I found that going for a run and getting my heart rate up helped me sweat more and I was drenched when I got out. I will continue to use this post workout for max benefits.

It keeps turning off by itself.it works great when it's on.either one side will turn off or both.if it keeps doing this.i will return it .

It really works great for sweating. Also pain relief. A must have. Haven’t used the remote yet, but manually it’s easy to use.
