Still 5 stars! My psiatic pain is all but completely gone, and I now consider this a necessity for my physical health in general. However, the seat cushion did end up being a bit small for me (5'11 average build) so I got a bigger one and this seat cushion is now a permanent fixture in my car and now I can't drive without it!!! This was not enough for me to ding it though - so still 5 stars at this price point. This product still expands fully and might as well be brand new out of the box after 21 months of at least 60 hours a week of use. Original Review: --(Headline) Great results if you let it do its job-- Main thing to remember, this device is designed to support good posture, not make poor posture instantly comfortable. After a week and a half I notice a huge difference in my sciatic nerve pain - couldn't be happier. It does take some getting used to though, feels a little awkward at first - I could see how some people might right this off before giving it a chance to really do its job.

My coworker has one of these brands and I am looking forward to having one as well since i work mon-fri in call center and spend my day sitting on the phones. I have been dealing with lower back pain and hope this will help me. I appreciate the satisfied guarantee the attached to their product. In the process of airing out product as instructed by seller can already feel its getting firm.

Really wanted to love this but had to give 4 stars. I used this in my Kia Soul cause I DoorDash( drive for hours) and needed relief for my static nerve/hip pain. I'm 5'10", 240 with junk in my trunk lol. You do feel immediate relief but because the front of the cushion is so thick that ypur legs start to loose circulation. You get restless leg pains and then start moving around to get comfortable. Because of moving around the cushion then moves, back pain comes back defeating the purpose of having g the cushion. I feel that if they trimmed/tapered/thinned the front of the cushion to where it meets the back of your legs to be thinner that the back support area,then this may alleviate the pain it causes in your legs. 4 stars for a valiant effert!

I have a disc extrusion of my L5-S1. My drive to and from work is anywhere between 40 minutes to 1 hour. This foam seat cushion and lumbar support is completely making this drive tolerable. Highly recommend and worth the money.

I bought this cushion set as a temporary solution for a standard desk chair without any cushioning. I bought the gel memory foam variant and while it was soft to the touch, the design was rather baffling to me. It's memory foam...It shouldn't need to have a pre-molded shape. The point of memory foam is that it will mold itself uniquely based on your physical shape. But as it stands, it is shaped and sized around much larger people's behinds. I also absolutely hate the crevice in the rear section. The gap is simply too long and wide. It feels weird and I'm constantly pinching it together before sitting on it. Then theres the bulge in the frontal region. Why???? It feels really weird sitting on it. Funny thing is that when I flipped the cushion upside down, (flat grip area) and sat on it, it was actually way more comfortable and since it's you know, "memory foam", which within seconds began to comfortably mold itself to my butt. Its memory foam, people! You don't need to add any shapes or crevices or bulges. Just a perfectly flat square piece would have made this product so much better. The lumbar piece is also huge! It's so weird having it on my lower back. Like I said before, this was designed for bigger folks in mind. Aside from that, this could have been a great buy for me. I'll be giving it away an opting for something better. :/

I never thought of using Memory Foam as a seat cushion would be so comfortable! Much better than the regular foam seat cushions of yester-year! Memory Foam really conforms to your body's irregular shapes. No matter your shape or size, Memory Foam has got you covered. I use mine on my office chair in my home-office. I also plan on bringing the seat cushion (the bottom portion) when I go to the kids gym, since the bleachers are hard wood benches. The seat back has two adjustable straps, which make them easy to place onto any chair. It provides good lumbar support, especially when you're sitting at the chair for extended periods. Say no more to aching backs, especially with covid-19, where you're stuck at home working in front of the computer all day long! Another nice touch is the zippered cover that allows you to wash the cushion covers.

I’m short and that’s a problem for some furniture designs. My recliner must have been designed for a 6 footer. I sit low in it so the neck bolster pushes my head forward. This results in my spine forming a C shape - ouch. I tried to add regular pillows to the seat but they are uncomfortable to sit on and end up getting flat. I was looking for a solution since I couldn’t find a replacement recliner that was any different. I saw this product on Amazon and decided to give it a try. Bottom line- it’s perfect and made my uncomfortable recliner instantly comfortable. I highly recommend this combination memory foam seat and back support.

I have only used the product for a few days, but I have already noticed a difference in back pain. I can't say that I have terrible back pain but working from home and sitting in a chair all day has definitely made it worse. After using this cushion I definitely notice less pain after sitting for long periods of time. I rated four stars because I have only used it for a few days and am unsure of long term benefits. Also, it isn't 100% comfortable but I think that's because my posture needs correcting, rather than a fault in the cushion design.

I’m stuck at the dining take while working from home, with no space for a proper desk or office chair. The dining chairs were not very comfortable and the table was a little too high, and my back and neck and shoulders were paying the price. This has made all the difference. It’s very comfortable and supporting, and raised me to the right level. There is one major problem with it though… my cat absolutely loves it and will steel my chair at every available opportunity

I used to get terrible back pain sitting on my office chair. Now I xan sit comfortably all day. This product is brilliant.

The top section of this is great -- attaches securely to an ordinary chair and I can position it to be in precisely the spot I need. Was using a rolled up towel before so this is pure luxury. Not a major fan of the black velvet cover but whatever. The bottom cushion is a lot larger than I expected. I'm five foot two and using it means I can't sit with my feel flat on the ground any more, negating its benefits. Would suit someone much larger who is using it with wider chair, though.
