Not an Emulsion but excellent taste if used in Ice Cream base, not Baking.
Hoping this would be more like an emulsion, which I found out is not. This is more geared towards flavoring for Ice Cream, not baked goods. I needed it for baked good. Hoping Amoretti makes compounds and emulsions one day.
