My favorite bar on the market!
I love these bars! I’ve tried so many of the bars that are in the market and I keep coming back to these. They are a perfect way for me to get some caffeine and energy when I’m running late in the morning, getting to the gym right after work, or even midday snack to get me going on the weekend. Here’s my break down:Taste/texture- I like that each flavor manages to hit the mark without having the overbearing artificial taste that I find in some other bars. I like the hint of sweetenesss that’s balanced out by a bit of saltiness at the end. The coffee flavor is subtle, which makes it easy to pair with other snacks. The bar is a bit dense, but considering all the great ingredients that are packed in, I’m not surprised. I’ll usually have the bar with some water or a protein shake.Size - At around 45g, I do wish there was a bit more in each bar. However, it’s enough to keep me fueled for my work out or hold me over until my next meal.Price - I purchased the 6 counted mixed pack. So each bar is about 2.50. Next time I will purchase the 15 pack in order to reduce the price of each bar to 2.13. I feel like this is on par with most healthy bars in the market. The benefit of this bar is that I get some caffeine, which means I can save money by skipping the cup of coffee or energy drink I would normally get. Don’t get me wrong though. I’ll still have my morning cup of coffee every now and then.Overview - Eat your coffee bars are tasty, convenient, and reasonably priced. Definitely worth a try!

Healthy Caffeine on the go? YES!
I have tried all the flavors Eat Your Coffee has to offer, but I personally go with the fudgy mocha latte flavor. I have had nothing but a good experience with this company since day one. The flavor options are awesome, the price is fair, and it actually gives me a pretty good kick of energy. I know there are tons of energy drinks and energy bar options out there, but how many of those can you look at and know what half the ingredients are? Eat Your Coffee bars are actually healthy, they taste great, and they're the perfect size for a snack. The bulk buy is a great deal on amazon and the people at the company are always having promotions, so make sure to throw them a follow on social media and check out their website .

I am a vegan foodie and love trying new bars
I am a vegan foodie and love trying new bars. I have had my eye on these for some time now and was happy to finally try them. I was a bit unsure at first at the texture, but by the second bar I enjoyed the coffee taste. I had one soon after I work up to satisfy my early morning hungry stomach. Each bar has great ing. and sweet taste. I would purchase again.

Expensive
As an avid coffee drinker I was totally enticed by the idea of these bars. After doing some research I found these were originally started on Kickstarter & relatively new.Taste is great. I've read complaints that all you can taste are the grounds. I can attest to the fact that these are not a sweet or sugary bar. Coffee is bitter therefore these aren't going to taste like a dessert bar. On the other hand, the texture certainly reminds me of grounds, so keep that in mind. The ingredient list is reasonable if you're health conscious. Much better than the majority of bars at your local market. My only gripe with these bars is the price. I can afford the bars, yes; however, I don't see the value. Seriously...$36 for 12. Between my husband & I they'll last awhile, but for the average family they'll fly out the pantry. I can get a case of my favorite organic meal replacement bars which are more filling & less per case. They're affordable, but when I compare them to similar products I don't see why I would continue buying them.Mocha Latte is great. Smother that thing with peanut butter & you've got the stairway to heaven.

You'll buy it for the packaging, and regret every bite.
I don't understand why this is called "eat your coffee". It doesn't even taste like coffee. It tastes like they threw together nuts, dirt, and some chewy substance in a blender. The chewy, coarse texture and sharp taste makes it resemble something that's rotten. Not at all what I was expecting, and I read over the descriptions before purchase. Would NOT recommend. Now I have 7 bars in the trash.Taste: 1/10Texture: 1/10Packaging: 8/10You'll buy it for the packaging, and regret every bite.

Great for on the trail when you don't want to hassle with making coffee.
We do a lot of outdoor active travel (hiking, backpacking, camping, canoeing, etc.). We eat a LOT of different bars. Some we have liked, some not so much. We really like to have these in the morning when we want to get up and going right away and don't want to hassle with making coffee. They are also great mid morning on the trail when we wished we had taken time for a second cup. Here is what we like about them:- thoughtful, responsible ingredients.- texture is as good as any other quality bar- they stay pretty soft and chewy when it's below freezing on our snowshoeing and skiing trips (a lot of bars don't do that)- caramel and peanut butter flavors are yummy- an extremely convenient way to get a cup of coffee when you are on the trail

Not What I thought it would taste like.....
For me personally, just not a good texture. I can barely stomach it. If you don't mind raw textures like a "lara bar" you wont mind it. I didnt notice with the half a bar I could eat any change in energy level. Flavor is decent.

If Jesus ate coffee, he would have eaten this coffee
These are the best way to get your caffeine without drinking it in coffee form (and better than a lot of the liquid coffee you will find out there - looking at YOU Dunkin' Donuts!). The bars are tasty, but if you don't like the idea of biting into coffee nibs, they might not be for you. Personally I like it, and if you're any kind of a real man or real woman, you'll like it too and not say "I'm scared to chew coffee bean nibs! Too bitter! Waaaaahhhh!" Don't be like that. Eat your coffee, enjoy the mouth feel and flavor explosion, get your much needed buzz, and move on with your day. Cheers New Grounds! Can you tell I'm caffeinated right now? That's right...So you've read this review, now buy some of bars!!!
