3M ScotchBlue Painter's Masking Tape, Corners & Hinges, 2.25" x 3.5"

Facing the chore of painting french doors I tried this tape to lesson my prep time. Unfortunately, 2 roles later only half of the panes were corner masked. (10 light doors = 40 panes X 4 corners =160 tape corners needed to paint.) Also found the perforations between tape sections leaves paint dots. Tape pieces are too big. Since you still need to tape between each corner, might as well make them half the size and get more corners from a roll. On the good side, when no perforations painted, tape did not bleed paint and came off clean.

A bit expensive but very effective in masking those pesky corners. Makes painting French doors much easier. Cleanup is minimal

The masking tape covers hinges and anything that sticks out and you don't want to paint along with the walls and doors! It works very well and makes a paint job much more easy. I recommend it highly, especially if you do the repainting yourself!

They do exactly what they are supposed to do. These are much easier than trying to cut a piece off a roll of tape and get it into the corner just perfectly. The only problem is that one roll wasn't enough to do the ONE window over my kitchen sink! For that price, I think there should be more included. I did have a little bit of bleeding on a few of them, but that was probably my fault for not pressing the edges down hard enough. They were kind of a pain to remove, but once I figured out I could pry them up with my razor knife and then peel them off, it became a lot easier. If you hate taping windows like I do (and hate scraping the paint off if you paint them without tape) then these do help. Just be prepared to spend a LOT if you have many windows to do.

What a time saver when needing to mask many windows. Made the job go so much faster. This was the best money I ever spent. No complaints about this product.

i don't know why home improvement stores stopped carrying this item even on line. I have used it in the past and was lucky to find it on Amazon. First I thought 3m stopped making it. it is great for getting straight line in corners of walls/ceiling, windows etc. .I just wish they would make it in DELICATE and not just MULTI SURFACE.

Nothing more to say. These worked great and removed easily with no issues. The surface I used them on was unpainted, so I cannot speak to what other commenters said about it pulling up paint on an already painted surface.

I used it to label stuff in the storage rooms. Unlike duck tape, it stays on on the cardboard boxes & it peels nicely when you want to remove it.
