This is the perfect stool for me. I use it daily in one way or another.

Was not sure about this purchase, but turned out better than I expected. No assembly. Fold up easily for storage, & looks so good that I don't want to store it at all. Easy to move from room to room. Well worth every penny.

The ladder is attractive but not as sturdy as I would like. You have to be careful with placing your foot on the step. It came fully assembled, which was a plus as some others required assembly.

Good quality and design

I bought this nearly a year ago because it was the only attractive option for my newly renovated closet. I wanted to use it to reach upper shelves. I have only used it a handful of times. I had to purchase skid-proof feet because it kept sliding on the hardwood floors. Today, I was on it and it fell apart (see photos), and I hit my head and twisted my knee. I want to warn others about this. It is supposed to support 330 lbs and I weigh half that. This should be taken off the market before others get hurt. This is the last time I buy for aesthetics over function.

I chose this folding step stool solely based on the 3 tier design, wood material and black color option with the purpose of using it in my extremely tall kitchen. I was sadly disappointed when I unpackaged it though. Although it was fully assembled, the steps were much too small to step on unless you were a small child, and the black paint used had a glossy finish which didn’t complement my kitchen’s esthetic and made the surface somewhat slippery. The step stool as a whole felt substantial in weight when folded since it was made of wood, but was unsteady and wobbly when attempting to stand on the top step, and slippery on my LVP flooring. I, unfortunately, had to return this item because it just didn’t fit my needs.

This ladder arrived after a couple of months. The coating is high gloss so it is much shinier than the picture. It is also too heavy to move around the kitchen easily. I worry it will injure my kiddo if it falls on her so have requested to return it. Hoping the company can understand and send return information. Returns don’t appear to be straightforward as typical purchases from Amazon. I had to send an email.
