After removing the old motor and noticing the new model had three screw holes and the old one had two. It was wonderful that the old one with two holes was compatible with the new motor. It works great and we have an awning that can retract and extend once again. Thank you!

While I do think these parts are way overpriced, after much research on the internet and after visiting two of the "big name" RV Sales & Parts businesses, this was the best price I found anywhere. It includes the motor and complete gear assembly. This was very easy to install. I unrolled my awning a couple of feet, got up on a good ladder, tied the awning support arm so that it could not extend further. (It will when you remove the old motor if not secured.) On some awnings, a couple of pop rivets need to be drilled out and replaced. Still not too big of a deal but you will need a special tool to reinstall. Mine was only a matter of removing about 10 or so small phillips head screws, unplugging the wire connectors, and then slapping the new one into place. These do fit several different styles so make sure you know exactly what you've got. This took me maybe 30 mins to install. Really easy. Shipping was quick and packing was great.
