So this has been a godsend for breaking down the muscle tension around my torn meniscus. The muscles above my knee have become very tense and tight with reduced usage. This has helped so much with my chronic inflammation from this as well.

I added some WD-40 and now it doesn't squeak. It feels very solidly built, you can add pressure without worrying about it's construction. Happy with this purchase.

I already had a foam roller and large hand-held muscle roller, both of which require being on the floor or having a lot of room. This hand-held roller is great for rolling muscles on the couch or in the chair. You could even take it with you to work. The roller is well made and feels solid. The roller part does not pull hair or skin. It is tough enough to use on your legs and arms, but gentle enough to use on your neck and face.***I received reimbursement for reviewing this product, and that did not influence my review.

This roller is okay. For it to be really effective you have to put a lot of pressure behind it. As some of the other reviews stated, it started to squeak the first time I used it. I overlooked that in the reviews because I didn't think it would bother me but I underestimated it's effect. I wouldn't buy this product again but I do use it in conjunction with dry brushing and another non-rolling massager.

I've returned to serious exercise, and got gruesome shin splints. Rest, yes, but fascial release too. This little roller is the perfect size for shins - at least mine. It's helping. So far it doesn't squeak. Nice little tool ! The handle is a nice size; though a man with a huge paw might find it small.

I bought this roller to help with massage for swelling in my foot and ankle. This definitely is easier and more comfortable than massaging by hand, and I know it's just anecdotal, but I feel like the swelling was noticeably reduced after using this! It does squeak sometimes, as others have mentioned, but for me it doesn't happen consistently. Though it is just plastic, it doesn't feel flimsy.

Got this for my husband but I have been using it to. We both like it very much. Loosens knots in muscles, aid circulation and fits both of our hands well. And there is a big difference between our hands. Thank you for a well built product. It is made of a very tough plastic or acrylic. Rolls smoothly and does an excellent job.

Comments from my wife... Really easy to hold and use, as well as very pretty colour tones. Improved the circulation in my skin, looking noticeably brighter and smoother. Use daily as wrinkle prevention! Also use when I get out of the bath on my lower back too, as I have had problems and found this really helped. The small bumps relieve stress and soreness. Highly effective and would definitely recommend!
