I do not waist train or anything like that, in fact I only really lift heavy weights and do light cardio. I had intentions of buying a thermogenic gel because I needed something to help my core temperature rise during my warm ups. (It takes a while for my body to actually get warm). So far, I like how light the product feels -- no stickiness or residue left behind. I definitely feel the heating effect the first 5 minutes of my warm up, and it is extremely satisfying! I also enjoy the other perk of not having to cover myself entirely in a sweatshirt during my warm ups, as this product does it's job. No complaints here! 5/5 for sure.

Sculpt sweat is an amazing product. The gel is clear and has a very mild scent. The warmth is just the right amount to make you feel like your work out is truly targeting those hard to loose fat spots. The gel melts into your skin and leaves no residue. The texture is smooth, non-sticky, and lightweight. Highly recommend this product!

I like it, I was looking fora good review item for less than $20, this was it. But I did have another one before this one, so after being done w the other one I decided to give a new brand at chance for less. I can see why the other one I got was $30. W this one i did sweat but I also wore a belt and kill my workouts regularly. I didn’t feel any burning sensation which doesn’t mean it doesn’t work, every time i took off the belt around my waist I deft had sweat, but the one i got for $30 was set something else as soon as I started working a hear rate, this one took long,

The product works well...not greasy, only been using it for 1 week not enough time to say if it is working but I do get a good sweat from it! Looking forward to seeing progress!

I love this product and it did exactly what its suppose to do. I used it three or four times and it has not disappointed me yet. I rubbed it on my stomach and sides and put on my waste wrap. When I was done exercising and took the wrap off it was soaked and my stomach was dripping sweat. Great product!!
