Gildan Women's Open Bottom Sweatpants

This does run a little small, so order the next size up. These are very comfy for the most part and warm. However, the wide elastic band in the waist unfortunately folds/twists up and makes it uncomfortable to wear. It is not easy to try and make it flat again if at all

These are of a soft washable fabric, and appears to be sewn well. This isn't a sloppy looking pair of sweats (as compared to other sweats). They do run slightly small- I wanted them to be really loose and ordered a size up - this was a good thing because the pants ended up fitting just right instead of being loose.There is a problem with them though: the pockets are too small. My smartphone (which is fairly small compared to the new models), falls out of these pockets as soon as I sit down. Before owning these sweatpants, I've dropped this phone ONCE in the 4-5 years that I've had the phone. Since owning these pants, I've dropped my phone 8-10 times - I've almost trained myself not to put the phone in my pockets anymore, but this pair of pants is not my favorite sweats, and this is the only reason why. Next time I'll buy men's sweat pants, because their pockets are almost always deep enough.

I have owned Gildan sweatpants WITH POCKETS for several years and love the fit and THE POCKETS! Last year I tried finding new pairs and had not success so I was excited when I saw there were a few pairs listed this year. I ordered 2 in navy and the supposed last pair in grey. The grey pair I was sent do NOT HAVE POCKETS. The navy ones do. I must have pockets. MUST! So finding pants this weight and this fit with pockets is not something I have been able to do. I'm thrilled to get the navy ones, but very disappointed the grey one DO NOT HAVE POCKETS. I paid more for the navy. 13.00 for the grey without pockets....something I will keep, but I now have to add pockets.

Absolutely love these, especially for the price. They fit really well. They're form fitting at the butt/hips and loose at the bottom. I like the material and they look nice enough to wear out, some sweatpants are obviously "just-for-home sweatpants" but these look like a mix of yoga pants/nice sweats that I have no issue wearing to the grocery store or library.The only issue I think someone would have would be the size. I ordered a large although I am usually a medium and it fit just right (almost tight) and fall below my ankle, but keep in mind I am 5'9 150lbs and have no butt lol! So I would recommend sizing up at least one size, or maybe 2 if you've got a lot going on for hips/butt. This might be an issue if you're short as they are fairly long.Overall these are very comfortable, fit just right for me, Nd are excellent for the price!

Okay I prefer my pants larger on me to have room to move around and bend stoop or jump. Whatever I want to do. I ordered extra large after reading the previous reviews.I was disappointed when I put them on today 2X was the largest size they had and trust me 2X is tight I’m not a little girl but I like clothes that don’t restrict my movement. I want send these back but I won’t order them again sizes are running super small. Great quality of they fit they way you want them to. Pockets are nice but not deep enough for someone who’s going to do a lot of moving bending or stooping.

Gildan is a name I know and trust. I have some sweatshirts from them that are pretty old and holding up well. But they missed the boat on these pants. They run small. I ordered XL expecting to have a little room and they turned out to be tight in the waist and hip area. They gave a bit after a few hours of wear, but I wouldn't buy anymore. I also got a pair from another company that are also XL and they were too big, as they should have been. Not impressed

Very soft and warm. Exactly what I needed but a little too tight and at least they pull over my bum. Wish they had a 3x but these will do, I’ll just wear a long shirt incase they rip. The length is fine not too long. I’m 5’3, 225 lbs, wide bottom, muffin top. They do stretch so That should help breaking them in I hope. Just glad they’re warm so I don’t have wear leggings under them when it’s cold. I do a lot of physical work so wish me luck. I’ll take a back up pair of pants just incase 😂. Will buy more if all goes well and I don’t gain anymore weight 😂.

These sweatpants are okay -- I do intend to keep both pair i purchased. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing and agree with the sizing -- they do run smaller around the waist/hip area than normal. I normally wear a medium but ordered both a large (navy) and xlarge (gray). the large fits well and the xlarge fits slightly looser but not much and i do like the length of these. I'm 5'6" and weigh about 150. I've washed both pairs and dried them on low. If there is shrinkage, it is minimal. As others have stated, they are warmer than a lot of sweatpants out there which i like because i get cold in the winter time (live in northwest). I don't know if i'd buy again but the overall purchase was fine and quick shipping!

These pants fit much as I expected-- snug-- but they seem to have a harder than usual seam that is uncomfortable after a day's wear, sitting, etc. I think that means that the seam will hold out for a long time, but it is really not comfy. The material also pills up a lot around the rear. Otherwise, they fit well and hang nicely, wash and dry well.

I'm 5'8", 130 lbs, quite skinny really with no bum to speak of, and I normally wear either a small or medium, depending on the garment, but after reading other reviews I decided to order up to a large and am very glad that I did. Had I ordered a medium, which I would normally have done, I'm sure the pants would have been too small. As it is, the large just fits me perfectly, with no room to spare, so I hope this helps others to choose their size. The pants are really well made, a little long but that doesn't matter, and the waist band is really smooth, not bulky like others. The fabric is really nice, very soft and warm., and the pockets are a bonus. I expect to be living in these indoors this winter.Update: I've had these sweatpants for two months, and have washed them several time in hot water and dried them in a hot dryer, and can attest that they do not shrink noticeably. What I have noticed is that they stretch out in the seat a little after wearing for a few days after washing, so I'm now considering buying another pair in a medium. They are also wonderfully warm for indoor wear as I try to keep my heating bills down by turning down the thermostat, so warm indoor wear is essential. I think they would be too warm for summer wear but summer is a long way off! I've been literally living in them, and sometimes wear them outdoors with the addition of long underwear underneath, a combination that works well even when it's minus 15 C. Overall, these are a terrific buy for the price.

Compré la Talla 2XL y me quedó pegadísimo al cuerpo y a mi me gustan flojos no pegados al cuerpo, normalmente compro talla XL. Tengo de cintura 105 y cadera 122. Lo compré porque alguien en comentarios dijo que el pantalón si tenía esas medidas, pero no. El pantalón mide en realidad de cintura 88 cm de cadera 112 cm y el ancho pierna es de 66 cm. Y si estira, porque si me quedó, pero muy pegado al cuerpo, como si fuera licra, aunque la parte baja de la rodilla para abajo es amplia. Es de buena calidad, la tela es gruesa y tiene muy buena hechura, yo mido 1.68 y el largo esta bien, al piso, pero ya con tenis seguro queda bien. Al final lo devolví porque me gustan holgados y éste no lo es, ojala las tallas fueran lo que dicen que son.
