The media could not be loaded.  I bought this bench as I have put on lots of weight around my waist area during lockdown. I wanted a bench so I could focus on this area. This bench just does that. It was easy to put together and the allen key was provided. I like the safety key specially as it gives me peace of mind that it is sturdy and that the bench is locked in place. The foam on the handles are really good as they support and cushion the arm. They are thick so you don't feel the pressure. The counter is really handy as I set my self a goal and can see how much more I need to do. The sliding mechanism runs really smoothly. The grip on the floor is good as it doesn't let the bench move so you can focus on the exercise. I can feel the stretch in my stomach when I finish. I hope to see results and a toned stomach.

The workout is brilliant, excellent sturdy bit of kit, great for home use an all, rounder for most fitness levels

I have a couple of weight benches for when my son and i want to workout at the same time, however, i wanted something different for ab work and we had a nice available spot for it so i thought why not.This bench came fully flat packed so did need some assembly which was quite easy given the clarity of the instructions and went together in about 20mins with a little help from my son. Once built up, it feels really sturdy and not being the lightest person in the world, this is quite important to me. It also looks great and matches in with other setups in our make shift home gym.There seems to be a multitude of exercises, most of which i found by searching only to see what i can and should be doing with the bench to not waste it's potential. As a bit of advise, i'd take a look yourself and see what you want to achieve with it then follow the videos.

Easy to set up and easy to store away after use. Great work out with this even wife and my 6 year old loves it

First of all you need to realise that the lady in the picture is probably 5 feet tall so if you are over 5 foot 5 then I would not recommend. The product looks bigger than it actually is. Don’t buy this unless you are sure because they charge you £20 to return it.I bought this and I am 5foot 8 and weight 145kg. I felt it was not sturdy enough for my weight and decided to return as I thought I preferred not to keep it and waste my money.The seller then said I had to pay return delivery because it was not sturdy enough, I will say you will need to weight less than 135kg and not be taller than 5foot 5 to enjoy using this.

Lieferung ging schnell und alles war super verpackt,keine Kratzer oder andere Beschädigungen (da war ich schonmal positiv überrascht). Das böse Erwachen kam dann,als die Schrauben befestigt werden sollten: keine einzige Schraube war dabei und das Display fehlte auch.Also den Verkäufer kontaktiert und auch sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung bekommen!Nachlieferung der Schrauben wurde zeitnah veranlasst,Lieferzeit 7-10 Tage.Heute ist alles angekommen und ich konnte es endlich aufbauen.Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Teil, für mich stabil genug :)Denke allerdings,dass es bei größeren und schwereren Menschen doch etwas instabil sein könnte.Für mich auf jeden Fall eine Kaufempfehlung!

Ich finde es sehr gut 👍. Qualität ist gut und für die Baucher und Beinen gut trainiert kann.

Leider hat das Festhaltestück nicht auf das Verbindungsstück gepasst, da dass Einsteckloch nicht groß genug war um es fest zu fixieren.Die schweißnaht ist auch zu breit gewesen um die Mutter richtig fest zu Schrauben. Ansonsten gutes Gerät wäre nicht dieser Mangel. Musste das Loch manuell fräsen, sodass es gepasst hat.
