I had something loose inside the first one I received. I am guessing it was thrown around in shipping and failed to send anything to the speakers. I asked for a replacement and got the new one in like 3 or four days. They sent me the free return shipping label as well. The replacement works beautifully. More power than I expected. It powers two 15-inch 3-way speaker cabinets for an outside music event for over 300 people with power to spare. Clear and clean thumping bass, I am amazed at how great this mixer/amp is for only $250. Easy to carry too. Very nice piece of equipment.

I bought this to do a radio broadcast that I needed 6 mic inputs and I needed to monitor the output going to broadcast studio. I looked and looked and finally found this unit that had headphone output so I could hear and adjust the signal. So far, I'm very satisfied!

I purchased an "open box - like new" item (about $50 less that new). Big Mistake! DO NOT BUY. Never had a chance to try it out. Defective mixer arrived with blown 6A fuse. I ran around to find the same 6A fuses. After replacing it twice only to have them also blow, I realized mixer actually needed a 10A fuse. After incurring more time & expense, unit turned on for two minutes, smelled like something burning, and that 10A fuse also blew. After being authorized to return the mixer for refund (BUT without postage pre-paid), I had to incur postage ($96 USPS ground) from Oregon back to Maryland. Total RIPOFF! BUYER BEWARE! :(

I have been a home recording musician for over 40 years and needed to update my PA system and I was trying to find something that was a known name brand like Yamaha or Peavy but those brands had been out of stock for months. So I settled on this unit because it had the number of inputs necessary and a simple control layout for my needs. I hooked up my new Yamaha speakers to it and plugged in a keyboard and proceeded to check it out, that only lasted 5 minutes before it made a pop sound and shut itself off and was never able to get it going again so I returned it. I am sure it's probably a freak incident that this unit was defective but the wattage was grossly overrated, I had it up half way ( before it quit) and it really wasn't that loud and this is only inside of a home studio.Amazon processed the return with no issues.I then ordered another powered PA from Amazon, I think it's called Vovick, a little red colored unit with 8 channels, sounds great (and still working) and is plenty loud enough at 1/4 volume.

Did not contain owners manual.Very good for for a band P.A.

I use this unit to play my accompaniment tracks as I play sax, keyboard, and sing. It delivers clean sound with enough power to fill every venue where I've used it so far. I'm posting this review from a full-size gym containing about 400 people...this unit did not disappoint! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn't have a master volume control.
