Exactly like the "new" sensors from Comcast / Xfinity.Only problem - but that's not the sensor, is that Comcast is using new equipment that has a property code. You need this code, and Comcast will not give this out.A Comcast installer needs to add all new sensors. They changed this around January 2018. I have the first new system in my area.Sensor is great, and it does work with the new Comcast equipment.

These are pricey but they were very simple to set up with our existing Xfinity security system. They are simple to install and they paired to our system without any issues. If you need to secure some additional doors or windows, we found that buying these and installing them ourselves was much less painful than waiting for and paying a technician to do it.

I bought this to replace one installed by xfinity, it never worked. Xfinity technician informed me that it’s unauthorized due to the risk of a break in and it’s not connected to the monitoring system. So beware if you have xfinity home security this will not Work

Comcast wanted to charge me $30 for these censors and told me I couldn't install them myself.Well I actually installed 8 of them including one on our outside shed. They all work fine

Not much to say other than:- It's the same sensor that (my) Comcast Home uses.- Installation is as simple as 4-3-2-1.- It works.- 1/3 the price of having Comcast come out and add a sensor.

as advertised, good price. slightly cheaper than getting them direct from my security company, but make sure you use a shipping option that's free or you may end up paying more overall.

You can tell that this is quality right away. Works perfectly. No complaints.
