I purchased a 2-pak at the beginning of October; one for one end of the house on the ground floor, and one for the basement on the other end of the house. In 5 months we have not had any mice or other rodents. We have not seen any silverfish, earwigs, centipedes, or other creepy-crawlies. Spiders have diminished greatly. We have always had problems with mice and creepy-crawlies. When I purchased this, I thought it would be only one more thing that we would try and be discouraged about its efficacy. WAS I WRONG!!!!! We have had the most pest-free winter ever! I would encourage everyone to get one for each 700-800 sq. ft. of their home. This is a definite keeper.

Wowww! Ok here's the run down , I moved into mom house a little after she passed I started seeing mice she had a remedy this peppermint like rodent spray and a sound rodent repeller .....it kept them from being visible to the eye .. I was recommended this riddex repeller ...when I sayyy unfortunately there was a mice infestation!!!! In 2 days of putting these in we caught 13!!!! miceee!!!! 13 & counting!!!!!! Definitely put traps down.. I thought I was seeing the same mice straggling Nopeee🤢🤢 and Also its a quiet sound different frequency Wowww Man I even seen a gnat I'm like it winter time it was even trying to get away ... I'm so thankful Thank God for this ...

Easy to use but did nothing to rid the kitchen of the roach invasion after a week of both units being plugged in (1250 sq ft house). It appears there are more of these critters than when I plugged them in. They are not bothered at all by the digital pulse technology but instead have invited their friends in to join the party. I bought because I didn’t want roach baits around the house that might harm my pets or me. Plan A is a bust. Plan B arrives tomorrow - I ordered roach baits.

It probably works. In any case, I noticed activity from huge but harmless bugs I hadn't even suspected, and the activity of mice coming from neighboring apartments decreased. I saw them less often, and traces of their activity almost completely disappeared. However, the device can affect small children. I noticed frequent, unprovoked tantrums in my little child and more frequent headaches in my mother. I didn't tell her about using the device. I removed the device, and they stopped. I started using the device only when no one was home. One time, I forgot to unplug the device, and a terrible tantrum ensued that same evening while it was still plugged in. I didn't notice any effects on myself, but I recommend using it with caution.

Ever since the mid-nineties, I've lived in East County San Diego, and we have an ANT PROBLEM out here. They are these little tiny ants that are very fast and crawl over everything AND they BITE. Right now I'm ordering Riddex for about the fourth time. The first one I ordered from QVC. WE had tried everything to get rid of these ants. Cleaning, exterminators, home remedies. We really did our homework, and the closest I could come was finding that they are Argentinian ants that nest in the walls. We seriously doubted that this product from QVC would actually work. It cost about $50 for one at that time, but within a little over a week...the ants were gone. They used to crawl over the dining room table and our food while we were eating, bite us while we slept, and believe me...everything was pristine clean. Unfortunately...the device lost its power after about five or so years, and I hunted for one on the internet for a quite some time, and then "AT LAST!"...there it was. I ordered two for the price of one about eight years ago, and have had some problems with them (i.e. my microwave blew when I plugged one into the same socket). So...now I know not to do that. Also...some of them I've had have been less powerful or last a shorter period of time. But all in all...it's worth it to me to be insect free. I've never had a problem with roaches or mice (knock on wood), but the minute I see a few spiders...I know I should replace my Riddex. I just ordered two because the red warning light has been blinking, and the ants are back. Hope they'll be gone soon, and some of the reviewers are correct. Two units work better than one. I'm sorry this device hasn't worked for many of you. It's been like a miracle for me for 15 years. I hope I continue to feel that way.

The repellent has a minor work, it works in the kitchen but not everywhere since there’s still pests running around.

Excellent. I have 1 that takes care of entire apartment. It lasts forever, years! Recently the building did some work inside walls & I saw 2 R's. Immediately bought another one & gone. Not even 1 seen since I plugged it in. This is your answer. Its amazing!!!

I absolutely live my Riddex Plus. I have used it for over 20 years and it kept the house bug free. When we moved here I left it for the buyers of our old house and I purchased 2 more, one for me and one for my sister. The new ones look and act exactly like the original.... perfectly. I expect my new one to last 20 years like my old one. I would give this product 6 stars if I could.

Not superb but it seems to do something, as the fruit flies have reduced but not all, and not effective for normal fly.

I am not impressed with this product, no fault to Amazon! I have these scattered throughout my home and have not gotten rid of the mice! My dog chases them til they drop

I have opened one and just briefly checked the cirquits - there are almost none! It's litterally few lights (diodes and resistors) connected to the source of current. STAY AWAY FROM THIS!
