As a sushi lover, I have always wanted to try DIY sushi making. Before I received the product, I was a little doubtful about the usability of the product, but when I received it, I found it was very sturdy, easy to use, completely exceeded my expectation, and the price was very reasonable.Because I am on a diet, I made sushi with black rice for myself, and made sushi with white rice for my family. I completed the sushi DIY according to this instruction.For the first time DIY sushi making, I put too many ingredients inside and the nori seaweed was not easy to fold. I would suggest you don't put too many ingredients for the first time. Add more ingredients after you become a master. I used avocado, shrimp tempera, celery, scrambled egg and mayo. It tastes delicious and my family likes it very much.I used dish washer to clean, and I use non heat dry instead of heat dry. Generally speaking, this product is a must have for sushi lover.
