Shark Fishing The story take place in South Florida (Stuart and Port St. Lucie beaches), three friends shark fish right from a public beach! One at a time, they kayak out about 200-400 yards with big chunks of bait, usually Ladyfish, Benita, or Stingray attached to a special rig or a 5-inch J hook. The bait attaches to a paver brick, the heroes opt for the monsters with this trick. They paddle back to shore and anticipate the scream of the reel unspooling; it could be an aggressive Blacktip Fin shark taking the bait and cruising around for the next morsel! The fight is ON! There are various species of sharks; Blacktip Fin, Lemon, Black nose, and Nurse. The heroes proceed to measure and then tag the sharks' dorsal fin with an identifier. They are part of the APEX PREDATOR PROGRAM, which is part of National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, NOAA, a program that is interested in the migration of caught sharks. Once the dorsal fin has a tag, the fish is back in its watery environment-it swims off... Film contains; adventure, environmental focus, education, at least a dozen sharks, edge-of-your-seat action, with an unexpected attack!
