Make sure to level the build platform before printing!
This was the first time I have ever used a resin printer. I failed printing my first two prints since I did not level the build platform first. When you go to setup the printer, it wants to do a test print first, make sure you skip this and do the leveling process first. After leveling the platform, I was able to successfully print a model and the quality came out nicely.Still need to do some touch up work on the model but this is my first impressions on the IBEE printer. I will update this later with pictures of some close ups of the print quality.

A good machine for professionals.
Good points: well-made housing and quiet operation; projector light source that eliminates the LED matrix, resulting in stable prints with less distortion; good that it has its own OS instead of a Chitu board.Bad points: The OS has some bugs and needs to be updated. The wifi printing is useless and should be used with USB.The included FEP is not good and should be replaced with a high quality one.The dedicated slicer does not have many functions, so I recommend using the Lychee slicer.

So far good, but not perfect.
The media could not be loaded. I have over one year experience with 3d resin printing, using a QIDI shadow 5.5s. And I printed a lot of parts that I designed with Fusion 360. In this review I compare my experiences with the UNIZ Ibee and my Qidi.Fan. The fan makes a lot of noise, and the UNIZ is much louder than my QIDI.After completing a print, the Qidi sends a tone, to notify completion, the Uniz doesn't. For me missing. The printed manual that was in the package is of the lowest quality and unreadable. Fortunately on the memory stick you will find the same document in PDF. It is rather limited and it was useless for me the get my Wifi working.I couldn't get the printer connected to my Wifi router, and there was no further help available. (so far, as I still have to contact the helpdesk)The printer has a similar flimsy (app. 3 mm plastic) hood just as the Qidi and it feels cheap. Before starting to use the printer I made a lift for it to keep it clean and for my convenience. There are four screw in the bottom for leveling the machine, but the tread is too short for practical use. At the most you can adjust 2-3 mm before they fall out.The display on the Qidi it projects a picture of the part to print. It is handy to select your file quickly without mistake. I like that and miss that feature on the Ibee. There you will find only a file name. During the printing process the Qidi projects the layer on the display that is in process and I use it to check my print. This I also miss on the Ibee. There you find a 'timer' telling how much more time the print needs. With the tools (at the display) you can lift the build plate manually , but you cannot bring it down. The icon suggests that you can and therefore is incorrect. A minor thing to me.There are a lot of reviews on the software (uniz maker) , and I can only agree that it needs further development. I use a 3d connection space mouse, and the Chitubox software supports it. But the Uniz maker software doesn't it and that's a missing. I only use the Uniz maker software therefore to slice the model. With Chitubox I prepare the model before that. A handy feature in Uniz maker is that you can align a face to the build plate, and it has a auto arrange feature that I like.I used the zMud 3d resin that came with the package. I didn't get the results I hoped for, but it is also a learning process with a new printer and a unknown resin. The first prints had printing errors I never had before. (like with Sirayatech Fast ) I don't want to jump to conclusions yet as it is a new printer for me with a new resin. I encountered strange printing abnormalities in my prints, with any resin I used. Finally I changed the FEP film in the resin container, and from than on only good prints. I am happy with the quality of the prints. The print speed is disappointing so far; just a little faster than my other printer, but perhaps I have to tweek more on the settings. The exposure time is short and it will extend the life time of the LCD screen, I hope. (with my other printer I had to exchanges the LCD screen already twice within a year.)The prints of the Qidi printer show big 'elephant feet' at the first number of layers printed. This doesn't occur with the Ibee. It is due to the better Led configuration I guess. The build plate is quit flat and a fair amount of resin doesn't drip off. Also the support that holds the build plate dips in the resin. A little messy, and it could easily be prevented if that part was a little higher / longer. The screw to secure the build plate is a relief compared to the one one my QIDI.In my QIDI the paint of the resin container came off and proved not to be resistant against the agressive resin. I expected that this wouldn't happen with the Ibee. But nothing is less true: the coating of the metal part that holds the build plate with 4 screws, came loose. I recommend to remove this coating before starting to print as it is not resistant against zMud and/or Siraya tech Fast, the resins that I used so far with this printer. (see the picture) It is an engineering error that the manufacturer should fix. The coatings on the other parts in contact with the resin , so far, seem to hold well.At this point I could recommend this printer!Update in may 2021: the prints show less and less printing errors, but they still occur. After printing a lot my opinion changes in favor of the Uniz Ibee, and I use this printer mostly.

Inconsistent results, horrible customer support. AVOID THIS COMPANY
When I first got this printer set up and working, the prints worked well. When they did work they came out really nicely. Note: I instantly threw out the FEP that comes with it, it's like toilet paper and not worth using. Furthermore, the ZMud resin will sometimes crack, and does so inconsistently I think. I had to mix with it 50/50 with elegoo ABS likeHowever, after about a month of having the printer, the success rate of the same exact prints I had run before dropped to 50% or worse. Originally I thought this was down to me, my settings, or resin. HOWEVER, upon further inspection I found the UV array of the machine would randomly dim substantially and the brightness would flicker. I have no idea what caused this, but sometimes it would randomly stop, and prints would work. Then it would start again randomly.I tried to contact the support about this, and they basically just said, oh check the wires (which I had already done). Then they told me to check the wires again. Seriously? After sending them multiple inquiries to support (I had to follow up with them multiple times to get this input), they eventually said they would send me a replacement part. They never did, every time I asked why there was always a sorry or excuse (oh we were off for the mid-autumn festival?). I think they never intended to send the part, which I shouldn't even have to deal with, I had only owned the printer for 2 months. After waiting 3 weeks, where they never even gave me an estimate for when they would send the part, I just told them I don't want to deal with further runaround, and to send me a replacement machine. When I finally got a response, they said they would send me a shipping label. It took them another several weeks just to send me a shipping label. I promptly packed up the printer, and hauled it across town and shipped it over to them. I didn't even get a confirmation message that they had received the printer, just the confirmation from FedEx that it was delivered. They said it would take 5 days to send the replacement. It has been another 3 weeks and nothing. The support team is ghosting me (and other customers with similar issues). I have contacted them multiple times and gotten no response. At this point, I don't know whether I should contact a lawyer, or my credit card company for a refund, but I would absolutely not recommend this company, which at this point appears to have scammed me out of the several hundred dollars I paid for a machine that worked <50% of the time. Until this situation is resolved I would strongly recommend AVOIDING THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS.

I just opened the box and the unit is missing a washer to secure the plate
I just opened the box and the unit is missing a washer to secure the plate. Now I have to go buy one at Home Depot, did anyone ensure that the most basic components were in the box before shipping

Overall, very nice!
While I have been very impressed with the out of box performance...I was very disappointed to have issues with the WiFi print...Maybe users have also experienced this:The printer simply won't communicate over WiFi, if it even connects properly. The touchscreen is very cranky when you first turn on the machine... If it's hard to register when you've touched - leave it on and alone for a bit and come back to it.
