After trying SO many other pet mat options for my cats feeding area THIS is the only one I ever want to have! Finally something that properly protects my floors underneath from a very messy eater. We have a plug in water fountain and this makes sure the water from that does not get on the floor w/ the high side walls. Doesn't slide. Wipes clean easily. Would definitely recommend. Purchased the large and it fits perfectly in a nook under the counter space in our kitchen.

Keeps dry cat food CONTAINED. Our cats are messy eaters, and the dry food scatters everywhere in the kitchen. This solved that problem.

I paid for a NEW tray, but I've gotten USED tray it is dirty all in brown spots and also missing rubber pad underneath! I will return it.

This would make an excellent feeding tray for pet-food dishes, and I may use one of them later for that purpose. I actually bought it for a litterbox for my elderly / disabled house rabbit---who has a hard time jumping over the tall side of a normal litterbox any more. He is able to walk into this, turn around, and back himself toward the back corner where he urinates. This has made a huge difference in his quality of life, because when he couldn't jump over the side before---he would end up going outside of the litterbox and unintentionally making a mess. He always had great potty habits before, so it was not like him to 'miss' the litterbox and end up stepping in it on the outside of the litterbox. This tray has helped him have a more normal life for an older (12+) bunny with arthritis.Marchioro also makes a great 'cat' litterbox with clip-on rim to keep things from getting kicked out over the sides. I've used those also for rabbits and love them!

I bought this for a litter box. The tiny lip at the front doesn't hold anything in. I may try to stick a low side to it.

I had previously owned one of these and I loved it for what I wanted to use it for. I was in need of another one and they are not readily available. Maybe they have been discontinued, I don't know. Anyhow, I was happy that I found another. My issue is that it is quite warped on the bottom. Every time that I use it, it rocks back and forth and does not lay flat. It is quite irritating. The only reason that I kept it is because, as I said, they are not readily available. It does clean up quite nicely, but I am sad that it is warped and makes noise as it rocks.

LOVE IT!!! It's the perfect size to hold my 110 lb. Shiloh Shepherd's stainless steel food and water bowls. I had originally bought the 'large' size but it was HUGE. I returned it and ordered the 'small' ones and it's perfect. I feed a raw diet consisting of ground meat/bones/veggies. My dog loves it, but to be honest it's quite gunky and messy. He used to get it all over the wall behind the food bowl and on the floor around the bowl, but this feeding tray is perfect. It protects the wall from splashed water, catches the drips and spills so they don't run all over the kitchen floor, and is nice and neat looking. It's got little rubber feet on the bottom so it doesn't slide (and doesn't scratch) our hardwood floor. It's made of sturdy, hard plastic and doesn't bend when you pick it up. It's small enough that I can fit it in the kitchen sink to wash it when it gets dirty. The only problem that I've had is that the little rubber feet fell off when I picked it up to wash it. A bit of silicone glue fixed that problem so they don't fall off anymore.

My rabbit had a very annoying habit of habitually peeing right outside of her previous litter box bcz she was too lazy to jump over it so I got this hoping she will no longer need to do that since all she has to do is walk or hop right in. I’m pleased the bottom has the rubber tabs to prevents from moving or sliding around. As for the size medium, it was perfect for the space intended.The interior is a sleek glossy plastic instead of Matt so it’s a bit slippery but I’m hoping with the hay on top wouldn’t be an issue. So far my rabbit hasn’t complained. This would also be perfect for elderly or handicapped pets too.
