I am super impressed with this birdfeeder! It is way more sturdy than I expected! My birds love all love it and so does Dudley, our cul-de-sac squirrel : ) They all took to it right away! It has cut down on the seed growing but I still have some only because the birds are messy and tend to fling it around lol I do plan to create some type of platform to help with this. I also hope to order another feeder for my front yard in the near future!

Feeder is fine, and birds love it. Packaging by Amazon, though was awful. The tray in this feeder was totally popped out because another product was thrown on top of it in the box. Glad for zero plastic and styrofoam, but a little crumpled paper or a piece of cardboard would have helped. I should have returned it but we took it apart and fixed it. Try harder amazon!

This was costly but it is very well made. The feeder is located on a second floor porch, and the squirrels can't get up here (yet) but there's nowhere to hang them from. This works great and the birds are very happy. It's hard when it gets wet, since it freezes solid - then I just put more feed on top. I don't know if this will become a problem when things start defrosting - like if there will be any spoilage. I guess at that point I'll just empty it outside away from the house (so rodents aren't as attracted) and start again...

Well made, sturdy, great addition to my other feeders. Birds, squrrils, deer love it. It comes fully assembled and that's a plus!

This feeder serves two purposes. It's marvelous for ground feeding birds as it keeps the seed up off the ground and away from snow and wet. It also works great under other feeders as it catches falling seed. This helps the birds and keeps unwanted mess on the ground.

This took awhile to get to me, but I am very pleased with it, it's very well made of good quality and sturdy. Easy to keep clean. If there's anything at all to find to complain about, it would be nice I think if it had a bottom center brace for the screen. But it is very good without it. The first day we had it, we placed it under the bird feeding station, (we use it to feed sunflowers to the squirrels, chipmunks and other ground birds), that night deer came by to feed on the bird feeder station and stepped in the center of it and the screen ended up bent and broke out from the groves, we were able to repair the screen to fit back inside the frame, the frame was fine it didn't break, and we placed a center brace across the bottom of the screen. We relocated the feeder to an area that wasn't underneath any other food stations and it's been working fantastic since. Holds up thru weather and animals. Absolutely love it and highly recommend.

I just love these bird feeder trays. I bought the standard size, and the birds loved it and used it daily. I have since received two custom larger sized standing trays by the same builder to put beneath my hanging bird feeders. They collect all of the leftover seeds dropped by the birds above, and the ground birds (especially doves) hop right into the trays to eat below. They keep the area nice and clean, the space beneath them allows air flow so the seeds never become a gunky wet mess, they're light enough to easily dump out when they're full of empty seed hulls, but not so light that they've ever flown away in heavy winds. They're super well constructed, and they look really good in the yard. I just couldn't be more pleased. This is one of the best bird-related purchases I've ever made for my garden, and I'll be sure to give some as gifts this year!
