I normally use MAG 07, however I was unable to find them so I purchased these as they seem to offer the same results. The price was also better than Mag 07 and I received in one day with Amazon Prime. Dosage is the same as MAG 07, however for ME...They do not work as well as MAG 07, they work and do their job just not as well as what I am use to.

I was looking for something gentle with no painful cramping. After reading the reviews that there was no cramping I decided to give it a try. I started out with 3 capsules but increased it to 4 capsules and 2-3 days - no pain or cramping!

I had to take 8 of them for ot to actually work.. and then it made my stomach hurt so bad all day..

Started with 3 capsules first night and nothing, but when I took 4 the next night, OMG next morning was amazing! Have never poop so much! Feel lighter and much healthier, people need to detox every 6 months. Try for your self, highly recommended.
