Star Trek: The Next Generation 5-Piece Whiskey Decanter Set

This is a must for any Trekkie that likes whiskey IMO. High quality and displays very nicely!! Don’t wait til to get these..beam them up now.About my seller- not new like stated, in fact the first set had mildew stains on case and the inside reeked of vinegar and all glass was dirty. They did replace with another set that again was used but this time clean.

I use this product for myself! I have not put out the rest of the glasses only the decanter itself! The glasses a r e unique! Very satisfied!

Not much to say, really, other than that this set is pretty much perfect.Quite literally the only downside is that it has manufacturer's lettering on the bottom of the glassware. Conveniently, though, it's adhered to the glass, and comes off in a couple passes through the dishwasher, so...convenient.At this price point, I expected a few obvious flaws, but I haven't seen anything of note, at all. Sure, the stopper for the decanter has a seam, but turn it sideways and, like magic, it disappears. No one will ever know, unless you point it out.It's gorgeous enough that it's earned pride of place as an infinity bottle on the bookshelf next to my computer, where I can see it and where it's within easy reach when I want a late night drink.

I'm not a huge fan of Star Trek but my husband has seen every movie and episode of every series MANY times over. He's pretty low key about his fanaticism but can go on for hours if you ask a simple Star Trek related question. I got this set to go along with a custom made outfit and set of china for him. The set is so nice I was tempted to give it to him before the outfit arrived but I decided to wait.The glasses have a nice weight to them and the twisted base is elegant, futuristic and funky. Realistically, I wouldn't pay this much for the set if it wasn't collectable merch, but since it is, I paid.
