BeamO is a giant, soft flying hoop toy developed by Stuff Design, Inc., a company headed by inventor Kim Stuffelbeam. BeamO is designed for ease of control, catchability and aesthetic appeal. Most people will feel like experts within 15 minutes of play. BeamOs are 30 inches in diameter, 1-1/2-inches thick, with a 15-inch center opening. Lightweight yet durable, BeamO is designed for long life under normal playing conditions. BeamO is best played on grass or sand as concrete and asphalt can scuff the spandex sleeve. The washable sleeve may be hosed off when dirty and should be cleaned after pool or salt water use. Great exercise for toddlers!
This is great. Soft and easy for toddlers to throw. My 2.5 year old can throw it pretty far! It has Velcro on it, so it might be removable, but the fabric wipes off dirt really well. I’m happy with this purchase. My son chases it around the park and gives him good exercise!

Beamo is much more than just a "Frisbee."
This is the most awesome frisbee ever! My family has gone through many of them, since finding the first one at a specialty toy shop, a decade ago. They fly longer than any plastic frisbee, and are much easier to control. Most people don't get excited when we offer to let them play frisbee with us, but as soon as folks see our Beamo they go nuts. We like to take ours to youth activities, and consistently find ourselves surrounded by all ages, as soon as our Beamo comes out. Great for one on one, monkey in the middle, or sometimse we'll just make two lines of people facing each other, so they can take turns catching and throwing the Beamo. They last pretty long, but develop holes in the nylon covering, if allowed to scrape across pavement or brick.

Seller is a ripoff
Ordered this for elementary coach. Picture shows three discs, and the price is 2.5 times the price of other sellers. Huge disappointment when only one arrived. I usually only leave reviews for how great service was, but I just had to let everyone know this item is a ripoff. Please purchase else where. Rating only reflects the seller. The product is what it is. Incredibly huge, cute colors.

Great Fun
We love our Beamo Frisbee, we had bought one about 8 years ago while on vacation in Seattle, I think it got lost in a move so we had to buy a new one. Very durable and flies great. My 8 year old and 10 year old can throw it pretty well but my 19 year old and I can really get it sailing pretty long distances. Its a blast.

Great for kids, eight and under; flies beautifully; no hard edges; reasonably sturdy. Best on grass or dirt field because the fabric tends to catch and fray on macadam paving.

More fun than a frisbee
Love it, love it, love it! We bought this for our beach vacation, and it got MANY hours of use. It was much easier to catch and throw than a frisbee. It's softer to grip, so it didn't hurt our hands when catching. It's BIG, so it caught a lot of air. It required much less finesse to throw, so our 9-year-old daughter managed it without a problem. Ours was bright blue and green, so it was very easy to keep track of on the beach. I thought the shipping cost was ridiculous, but the toy itself was great. Highly recommend!
