1: Recessed blade This automatic can opener features a sharp blade that is safely recessed within the unit. This safety feature helps prevent accidental cuts to your fingers when searching for the tool in your kitchen drawers. 2: Metal gear Using a can opener couldn’t be simpler with the straightforward design of the BangRui Automatic Can Opener. To open a can, position the rim of the can in between the blade and the metal gear. The metal gear guides the rim of the can through the can opener so it moves in a full 360° circle by itself. 3: Battery compartment The new Bangrui can opener is completely different from the original design in appearance. Moreover, it is designed with a plastic sheet in the battery cartridge, which further stabilizes the batteries installed. 4: On/off switch The simple one-touch button couldn’t be easier to operate. Simply press down to begin cutting the can, then press again at any time to stop the action. 5: Magnet When you lift the can opener off the can, the magnet on the BangRui Automatic Can Opener will also pick up the lid. There’s no need to fish into the can with your fingers! It is more hygienic and safe than traditional can openers because the strong magnet does all the work. 6: Insert 2AA batteries in the right poles The battery groove is marked with signs of positive and negative electrodes respectively. While installing the four dry batteries, users should do as indicated by the signs. Once installation is done, cover the battery and the product is ready for use.

Great cutting board
I got this for my mom who destroys cutting boards. She does a lot of chopping and slicing and the only thing that has survived her wrath so far are the classic Chinese wooden ones. But since the other anti-bacterial ones I got her have already been worn down by her chopping, I decided to get her this one. Thankfully, this one is surviving so far. Not many anti-bacterial cutting boards are dishwasher-safe so that is a plus over other brands. My mom was also happy to find that this cutting board is heavy and thick enough so it doesn't slide around the counter, yet it's still flexible enough to be bent when you scrape things off into a pan. It has been a week of nonstop brutal chopping and not even a scratch! And even if it does somehow get damaged, there's the 2 year warranty.**UPDATE**It’s been like a month and the cutting board is showing knife marks. They aren’t that bad but since we put it into the dishwasher the germs should be removed. Kinda sad the marks show but I guess this thing isn’t indestructible.**2ND UPDATE: DEC 23, 2022**They discontinued this product so you can't even buy it anymore... They need to bring it back ASAP. I will buy 10

A cutting board unlike any other I have tried.
This is a nice cutting board. I have to give it five stars since it lives up to its description and performs very well. I was surprised at how thick the mat is, I guess I had not read the description and reviews closely enough. I had expected it to be thinner since there was so much emphasis on its flexibility. And indeed it is flexible, but it is not something you are easily going to roll up or make into a tight funnel with just one hand. So while it is great for chopping stuff up and funneling into a pot or pan, it is not ideal for chopping up a small amount (like herbs) to then funnel into a ramekin like you might do with some of the more paper thin chop and pour type mats. This is not a fault for this product since that is not how it is described or designed. It is just something to keep in mind if you are shopping for a flexible chopping mat. The other thing that surprised me was the material of the board itself. It is plastic but not overly slippery, which is nice since it keeps the mat in place on the counter. The material reminds me of a self healing hobby/sewing mat. I really liked the dimensions of the mat, it it not too small or too large. It takes up just the right amount of space and makes food prep a blast.

Working great for me
Edit June 8 2021: A lot more small cuts showing but it is still holding up well. The one problem, a significant one, is this board slides around. I put a non slip jar opener under both ends and that keeps it in place. I still think it's a great cutting board but safety is very important and easily handled.I flat out purchased this cutting board. No discount for me. I have been using it every other day for about one month now. It's my preferred board. It's just flexible enough for me to move chopped items into a bowl or pot. I haven't used a serrated blade on it yet but I don't think it will be much of a problem. You are going to get very small cuts in every single cutting board. That's why you are supposed to eventually throw them away. Even dishwashers can't sanitize lots of cuts. Speaking of, I have been putting it in the dishwasher with each use and it's holding up great. It looks no different than the day I got it. I can't say that for other cutting boards I've purchased.I was buying the sets from Costco and having to throw them away every 4 to 6 months. Those cuts can harbor some serious yuckiness.I'm here to purchase a second one cause I just know they are going to stop selling it since I like it so much. Why do they do that?

Okay, but it just feels weird when cutting.
I am a chef and have used a lot of different cutting boards. My favorite is a huge wooden one, but for travel I use plastic boards. I have some thin plastic ones I will use to prevent cross-contamination, but they slide around and they're getting warped. I wanted something a little thicker but still lightweight, and I needed it to be slip-resistant.This Kitchen Gizmo cutting board is about a 60% solution. It's definitely more sturdy and non-skid than the thin plastic sheets. It's also a decent size for smaller jobs. However, I found it difficult to transport items to the stove and just push them into a pot or pan. The surface grips the food enough that you have to push it off, and it's too sturdy for me to bend it with one hand. It's simultaneously not sturdy enough to simply hold it with one hand and carry it to the stove because it bends and stuff falls off. I find myself doing a New York pizza fold grip with a finger in the bend to make it work, which really tires out my hand quickly.A bigger issue for me is the surface feels weird when slicing. It's really hard to describe, but it grabs the knife edge and prevents it from moving as easily as I would like. I've never experienced anything like it. The end result, though, is after slicing half a dozen or so onions I have fatigue in my hand and forearm that I have never felt from any other cutting board.I don't regret the purchase, and I will use this cutting board when I travel. I will still need to take a larger plastic board, though, so my search is still on.

This Is Just What I Wanted
I finally said enough with my old hard plastic cutting board that I used only for raw meat and poultry. It was difficult to clean and very hard on my knives. This mat is perfect for dealing with raw proteins. It cleans up easily either by hand with hot soapy water or in the dishwasher. The surface is smooth and I have no worry about rough or cracked areas that could harbor germs. The moat along the edges catches any juices so nothing escapes onto the counter top. It is sturdy enough that I can use it to carry raw meat or chicken out to the grill.
