Great Kids Playhouse
I received this order as described. I was hoping it would live up to the old cabin playhouse we had as kids- it's pretty close. The instructions were clear and it only took me about 20 minutes or so to put the thing together; only a few tools were needed. It's been outside for a few months and has survived a handful of nasty storms and seems just fine. The draining holes do alright, but I'd suggest using a drill bit to drill a few more. After every big storm I'll just tip it over and let the excess water run out of the door.My two kids fit inside at the same time- they're 5 and 3. Overall, I'm glad I bought it.

Good buy for the money.
It was put together in about an hour. It seems very sturdy. Twelve month old granddaughter likes going in and out of the door, ringing the doorbell, and opening the shutters on the window. She'll have years of enjoyment playing in it. Be sure to have three AAA batteries for the doorbell.
