KICHEIF Meal prep containers [10Pack] [32ounce]

This is definitely what I need!! I was shocked at what I thought was a good "portion", boy was I wrong & not even close to the correct amount. Also, I can refill and take to work each day. Thanks!

This Tupperware set is great. Snap securely closed, easy to wash.... Just don't microwave in them or they get that weird texture and stain.I mainly use them to measure since it's only one set and you are supposed to use multiple per day based on caloric needs. The booklet it comes with is informative and has good basic suggestions, but you really don't need instructions other than how many to use per day. The best thing to do is use as many whole foods as you can to fill them, rather than junk.I've been using an appetite suppressant and thermogenic drops along with these containers and I lost 10 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks. I know I'd lose without those because of portion control and conscious eating choices, and because I began the drops and appetite suppressants 5 days after starting the use of these containers.

I am on the 21 Day Fix, and have the containers. A friend of mine was interested in doing it, but did not want to pay the high price for the Fix, that is accompanied with workout DVD's, and other "extras" so I ordered these for her, and she loves them immensely.

The actual 7 piece containers do the job meant to do. So if I were to rate just on that it would be a 5 star. They are of good quality and the lid fits nicely. I have not stored any liquids or sauces when preparing my lunch, so not sure if the containers leak. However, I found the information provided with the containers lacking. I had to Google qualifying food list and tips to understand the diet.

The containers were in good conditioner on arrival. Most of the sizes were exactly what I was looking for. I am using all of the containers for portion control food, but the tiny containers I used to put my vitamins. Overall, I am satisfy with the product and the meal planner is perfect. I am happy with the purchase. I am also counting calories with MyFitnessPal, so the containers are really helpful to eat the right portion for my daily calories intake.

I have had this product for only 2 days and it has already proved to be invaluable in measuring portion control. I love it . The color coding makes it easier to choose which containers to choose for which foods. I would order it for my friends who are watching their portions.

Ok. This is amazing. A lot of people say that they containers are tiny and yes they are. However, I added all the items to the containers then I poured everything in a plate, then it makes sense. It shows that proportion is a great tool and it absolutely works.
