Ingredients

1 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spread
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 package Knorr Rice Sides - Beef
2 cups water
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
12 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
Preparation
-----------
* Melt Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat,
cook onion, stirring occasionally, until tender and caramelized,
about 7 minutes. Remove onion from skillet; set aside.
* Stir Knorr Rice Sides - Beef and water into same skillet and
cook covered 7 minutes or until rice is tender.
* Top rice with 1/2 of the onion, roast beef, remaining onion,
then cheese. Cook covered until cheese is melted, about 2
minutes.
