How on earth anyone can give this product 5 stars is a total mystery! I have had these saucepans (including 2 frying pans) for a number of months, and quite simply it is the biggest load of crap I have ever bought on Amazon. This cost me c.£80 and for that money I expected a nonstick set of saucepans but these started sticking after about 2 -3 usages. Look at the home made hamburger in the pic above using one of the frying pans as an example! A meal totally destroyed by this dreadful saucepan. It turned into scrambled mince beef! Unfortunately it is too late for a refund but I shall remember this brand and will NEVER buy a Tower pan again. I am disgusted with the poor quality!

Had these for a few months. The pans are great and much better than others I’ve had before like Tefal etc. As a first set of quality pans I can’t recommended them enough. The non stick coating is great and so easy to clean. The pans heat up really well and hold the heat.They can’t go in the dishwasher but this isn’t a problem as a quick rinse and wipe makes them clean every time - don’t let the non dishwasher put you off.

(However they do look nice, that’s the only good thing I will say)When I first looked at the reviews for these they looked good, more recent reviews will tell you the real story, clearly they may have changed the way these are manufacturedThese pans are the worst pans I have ever had. They had absolutely zero stock after about 2 weeks.After speaking to tower (currently Louise) and chasing relentlessly for the past three months, I finally get a reply to say that it must be my fault (after explaining that I have never used a metal utensil or even put it in The dishwasher for that matter as I’ve always been so careful!)I have now had to revert back to £10 pans I’ve had for years as these are of better qualityThe only thing tower could offer me was 20% off another set of pans,And said that if I tried to get a refund from the retailer and exert my consumer rights - they would keep to their story of its “my fault” and no fault of their ownAbsolutely shocking and the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Starting with the good: the pans look nice and the saucepans retain their non-stick properties presumably because they are usually full of liquid.The bad: the frying pans lose their non stick properties after about 6 uses. I took care to only use low to medium heat and no metal utensils but now everything sticks. Also, the lifetime guarantee is completely useless because they don’t reply to support emails.Conclusion: save your money and spend a bit more on some reputable brand pans

I bought these pots as my partner and I just bought a house that had an induction hob installed.These pots seem quite sturdy (heavy duty) and they look great. I've cooked a few meals with no problem at all. The surface on the inside of the pots are smooth and easy to clean and I have not yet had any issues with food sticking. They were slightly larger than I expected which is a plus.Only slight annoyance with these is that after cooking, I can see a slight rim around the inside of the pot at the level of the food being cooked. I have always been able to remove the stain, but it is a bit annoying as it requires more scrubbing.Overall, these pots are great and I am happy with the purchase.
