We have a very large master bath with a high ceiling that is difficult to heat especially in the winter. We had a larger size heater from another company for several years that worked just fine until it didn't. This is several inches smaller than our other one but the price was excellent so we gave it a try and we are VERY pleased with it so far! It is silent, has no flame so it is very safe, and the controls are much simpler to work than our old one. It has all we need - on/off, high/low power, and a dial for hotter/colder. Works for us seniors. It works by convection so there is no fan noise or movement yet you can feel the warm air circulating and it only take a short time to warm up our bathroom. I turn it on while up for my last nightly loo visit and by shower time, it's nice and toasty. Well worth our taking the chance on something smaller. And, quick delivery in a very sturdy box so no shipping damage.

Just received this heater, and it works great. I live in the converted attic in a home built in 1850. So far, it is heating most of my space. It is silent, and the sides stay cool, even when it's been running for hours. This was important because I wanted to keep it closer the wall, and I feel safe doing that. Honestly, the way it heats my space exceeds my expectations.

I bought two of these to heat a seasonal cabin in the spring and fall - so using for weekends ~ 2 months a year. They are awesome, safe and aren't drying like traditional space heaters with fans. Thus silent! We bought them four years ago and sadly, they both died this very weekend:/ Not sure why - but turned them on and nothing... Maybe they just wear out. In any event, I'd recommend if you're using as a backup heat source.

I had purchased a digital heater prior to this one and for whatever reason, I just couldn’t control the temperatures. So I returned that heater and looked around and found this one. It’s compact in size but boy, it does a nice job at warming up my upstairs hallway and even in to the bedrooms. It’s easy to use. Just plug it in, turn it on and set for either high or low. We’ve had it a few weeks now and are very pleased. At my age, I don’t want something where I have to read the owners manual over and over just to get it to turn on. This one is easy to turn on and puts out a good amount of heat. Perfect!

This heater is scary!! It was great for a little while, but then the plug started getting hot and it melted it. It was too late for me to return. If I could choose zero stars, I would.

I was looking for a low-cost space heater. I do not want nor need digital controls, a remote interface, or a fan. Just your basic 'baseboard' heater. This fits the bill perfectly. I set it up in my garage, at a very low setting, just to keep the area from getting below freezing. Unfortunately it worked so well my son took at and put it in his room - so I immediately purchased another one. I can't speak to longevity, as I have only had them about a week, but as long as the heating element continues to work there is not much that can go wrong with it.

This heater would get 5 stars in my book for how well it worked, but it stopped working right past the year mark. we have a small insulated mud room probably 10 x 8 connected to our home but with no heat duct run to it and far from the thermostat so it would always be colder than the rest of the house. We purchased this to keep along the concrete baseboard and had it set on the temp we wanted to maintain around high 60s. It would kick on as needed and help keep that room as constant temperature as the remainder of the home. With it only kicking on during the cold months (approximately 5 months out of the year) we are on our second winter and it has stopped working midway through. This was exactly what we wanted, color, shape, heating capabilities and all just didn't have the longevity we were hoping for so I am forced to give it a 3.

Wonderful. Just what I needed for my room in the basement that has no vent for central air. Started immediately heating the space with warm heat. My dog loves it too. 2 Heating dials that allows you to turn to the heating comfort of your choice and heating settings for warmth. Lots of safety features. Not bad for the price. Light weight and durable. It heats the entire space/ room immediately, not just your feet.
