This product has sufficient active ingredient to act as a Cox 2 inhibitor. It is essentially helpful with muscle and tissue pain by blocking the production of inflammatory prostaglandins.Useful if trying to find alternatives to NSAIDs.

I think I poisoned myself with this product. I had the most appalling an crippling abdominal pain and kidney pain. I couldn't stand up, it didn't stop. I thought I had severe food poisoning at first but after taking it a second day I realised it was the devil's claw. I stopped taking it immediately, but the pain took a week to go away. I shall be super careful from now on about what supplements I take. This was in no way the manufacturer's fault. I guess I just couldn't tolerate it. Don't know of anyone else has had this reaction.

I've used devil's claw since a friend advised me of it almost six years ago . I find it helps with all the niggly pains , back , knees ,hands etc . As well as the arthritis in my knuckles . I would ,and have recommended this product too several of my friends .

I have an old knee injury and would have been prone to go for over the counter meds but I came across this and looked into the benefits of it. They do work if you take them every day and I'm rarely bothered with the pain now.

Y desde que las tomo, por las noches descanso mucho mejor. Así que, seguiré tomando la misma marca. Para mi han sido un gran acierto. Así que súper contenta, también sigo con dos pastillas de Tramadol y Paracetamol, que las puedo compaginar con estas cápsulas vegetales. Así que, sigo mi tratamiento sin problema.

Muy bueno porque disminuye los dolores y mejora los movimientos.
