Box was opened and no scents. Motor will not turn on.

Waste of money
Worst diffuser I’ve ever bought. After using it once I went to refill it and it kept flashing red. After emptying and cleaning four times it finally worked. That happens every time I try to use it. It says clean every three days but I have to clean it at least four times before every single use and it still may not work.
