MSDStreet Fire 55108 Ignition Coils - Black - 8-Pack

Great price for a set of 8 coil packs, but they only lasted about 2 years and 40,000 miles. Had 3 fail already, now I have one more on its way out. They were put on a 2004 Silverado 1500.

they work great my 03 gmc sierra is a little snappier and starts effortlessly now.i had some sort of vacuum code and i replaced almost everything spark plugs, 02 sensors, coils, wires valve cover gasket, fuel injectors and MAS. after all that the code never came back on but the truck runs like a brand new truckand it running strong 8 months later.I think most of my improvements came fron the coils and fuel injectors to be honest

I have better spark and increased fuel mileage by five miles more per gallon

Fit perfectly on my 4.8L 1500. Had to install the msd upgrade power harness too. Gives my truck a lot better throttle response.

As to be expected from MSD. Woke the truck right up and worth every pennie. Fast shipping and good factory packaging

nice looking and easy to install. really smooth idle with very good increase in hp throughout the rpm range. just wish they were red.

Misfires on Chevy LS engine.

Oem spark plug wires will not reach these coils. (Connection is higher up than oem coil pack) you will need longer spark plug wires by 2” at least
