I ordered an L and it fit just right. The compression isn’t bad on the skin plus it really stabilizes the ankle while running with no irritation. Its value is definitely right for the price, I’d say for certain that this is worth it. I would say buying this product you will have to avoid wearing socks because it does apply to much pressure while wearing shoes and cuts some circulation to the foot. So no socks! Plus, it feels better anyways running with no socks.

Ordered this for ankle/ foot support based on a ligament injury. I have small feet and ankles and most of the previous ones I’ve tried were too loose. Used the size measurement guide and it fits perfectly. Ordered the teal and blue color since it was the only one in my size.

I used this for anterior ankle impingement, in addition to stretching and I felt like this gave me the extra support I needed to continue to run while experiencing this ankle mishap I was having. In addition to stretching, the ankle sleeve really gave my ankle the support it apparently needed. The sleeve is seamless in that it I felt like I didn't know I was wearing it - it was very comfortable and I didn't feel the need to pull at it or adjust it. Additionally I did not feel any numbness while using it, which is something that has occurred in the past with other products. It is easy to clean and easy to wear, and most of all, my ankle issue resolved after about 10 days.

I guess I should have looked for a plain black or white one, or I may have just lit some money on fire here after the panic of a sports injury. Intended user does not like the "funky turquoise" color. These look and feel about the same as the lower cost ones (much lower cost ones), but maybe I will try and wear these myself as they oddly fit me even though it says I should have a larger size. So funny color, funny size, not ideal. Perhaps over-hyped. But I will update if I try it and it works great or we can hide it under a sock or something.Update: I got to use these myself after I had some soreness from jumping in a workout. The good--I felt they relieved the common foot ailments (plantar fasciatis, tibilias tendinitis, etc). The bad--the fit was odd. The left was tighter than the right. They are looser on the ankle and tighter on the top of the feet. Then probably the worst part is how they roll up or fold up when you put a shoe on.

I recommend this ankle brace for anything other than severe injuries requiring rigid support. It is incredibly flexible, lightweight, and sturdy enough to help prevent injury. If you're prone to ankle sprains or other lower leg tweaks, this brace can certainly help mitigate those. It also provides solid foot support in case of pain from overexertion. However, it does not replace a hardy brace that will block your foot and ankle from lateral movement altogether. As such, it's best used once you're ready to trust your ankle with independent movement. Additionally, it feels more tight around my foot than it does around my ankle - which seems counter-intuitive.

2nd time ordering. Have had both ankle ligaments repaired & I now use these when I am hiking for added ankle stability. Fantastic quality. Highly recommend.

Helped me feel more secure on the court. The fit was good for me. I have the knees and elbow braces as well. Still early on but looks like this will last as it appears to be built well. They are not cheap. Time will be the tell for me as far as value and if one truly gets what they pay for. So far, I do recommend this product.

Bauerfeind Sports Ankle Support: this is my 4th Bauerfeind ankle support. The 1st was a Malleo Train which is still giving great support and comfort. They are absolutely the best in support, comfort, and durability. Well worth the money. My only "concern" not a complaint is that sweat deteriorates the fabric and within a year it usually tears where you stretch it to put it on. My life/mobility is better for having these ankle supports!
