Very sturdy bar. Good quality and the spin lock ends are easy to get on and off. Good price.Glad I went for the 5ft bar. The 4ft one would have definitely been too small and I think the 6ft would have been unnecessarily too long. That said I do not load lots of weights into my bar, so if lifting very heavy weights you may want to consider the 6ft bar.
