Water leaks from the bottom holes everytime i fill this up. What is going on?

is the user manual available online as a pdf? On remote high/low button I get one or two beeps. What do they signify? Thanks

I purchased this model as a gift, Amazon sent a used unit and when I contacted them and BlueHills... Amazon sent a NEW unit and BlueHills advised they have told Amazon NOT to be sending out used units...A new unit should have a users manual inside, if you received the unit from Amazon without a manual I would reach out to BlueHills, They have AWESOME customer service

Is this diffuser UL listed?

There is no tag or information in their booklet about UL certification, however I own three of the BlueHills 200XL Models and we are extremely satisfied with their performance.

Is there supposed to be a tube that runs to the top of where the mist comes out? I have very low mist output and pictures others have posted show this

Dear Customer , This 1000ml large essential oil diffuser has two different mist settings. The middle button controls the mist and if you press it you can set the mist to high. You can also control the mist output using the remote.
