Missing pieces and not the same colour
Returning as missing pieces, box not tightly sealed and it's chrome not brushed steel as described.

Highly Recommend
The shower is very good. Looks nice, functions well and quality materials. Excellent customer service. My cartridge froze over the winter and the seller was very responsive and replaced it promptly. If you live in an area with cold winters, definitely remove the cartridge and brass nut after season and store for winter.

The product is not durable. It randomly started spraying through the seam

Good looking shower set, make sure to fully drain for winter
Overall is straightforward to install and looks good, have had similar issues with leaking of the valve as other users but the seller was quick to respond and help with a replacement for a reasonable price.

Great Customer Service
This is a great showerhead at a good price. When winter rolls around I recommend removing the entire unit and storing indoor until the hard freezes are over as even after draining, residual water may be present if all positions of the valve are not drained completely. A hard freeze cracked the valve portion but customer sevice was fast and refunded me to be able to purchase another.
