Die Produkte von Icy-Dock sind nicht ganz billig, dafür aber ihren Preis wirklich wert. Der Einschub ist eine äußerst stabile Vollmetallkonstruktion, an der sich nichts biegen und verwinden lässt. Wer also nicht permanent etwas neues kaufen möchte, nachdem er feststellen musste das der ganze billige Plastikramsch aus China nichts taugt, dem kann ich dieses Produkt nur empfehlen.

Zugegebenermaßen ist der ICY Dock Wechselrahmen nicht ganz billig, er besteht aber auch vollständig aus Metall und ist 100%-ig dem ganzen billigen Plastikmüll aus China überlegen. Und wer billig kauft kauft zweimal! Der Wechsel der SSD geht leicht von der Hand. Einziges Manko, welches aber verschmerzbar ist: Man muss die SSD mit Schrauben fest am Einschub montieren, so das man bei der Verwendung von mehr als zwei SSD ein wenig schrauben, oder sich zusätzliche Einschübe kaufen muss. Von der Funktionalität und er Qualität her gebe ich eine eindeutige Kaufempfehlung!

Very neat unit, very simple to use.
I bought this for a PC that I wanted to use for multiple purposes without the hassle of multi-booting (been there, done that, swapping drives is so much easier!). It doesn't get any simpler than this - the drives just push in and click into place with the locking buttons. The unit is solidly made, mostly metal, so should act as a bit of a heatsink if you are using HDDs, but I've only used it with SSDs so far. I've used several Icy Dock products over the years and they've all been well designed and made.

Le produit est conforme à ce que j'attendais, très professionnel et bien fini.Mais il est trop bruyant pour un usage domestique (2 x Ventilo 40mm).
