It helps to heal and gives relief for a moment. Would be nice if was drying/absorbing by its own quicker, but in general recommended, it helped me :)

Great buy
Brilliant for postpartum care. Excellent healing aid for anyone with stitches! Cheaper option than expert midwife but did the job just as well. Brilliant when sprayed on a pad and frozen for that extra bit of comfort and numbing action. Brilliant product for the price.

Do not use if have sensitive skin or allergies
I used this a couple of times a day after giving birth and didn’t notice any relief whatsoever. The worst part however is that the spray left a rash around my inner thighs/bikini line that has left my thighs red and sore and the skin flaking quite badly. I have an allergy to aloe vera and while I don’t think it’s listed in the ingredients, I believe there is something similar I’ve had a reaction to that has caused more discomfort than it has pain relief. Could just be me but I personally would not recommend to anyone who has allergies similar to myself or with sensitive skin. The spray didn’t provide much to any pain relief initially anyway, so I would not recommend anyway as it was no help to me.I would give 0 stars if an option.
