An amazing bargain
I certainly didn't expect this to be this good. I had to fly with several instruments and needed a double bag for a lap steel and a guitar. I've been using it since on local gigs and loving it. We got caught in heavy rain yesterday after setting up and I was afraid my guitars had gotten wet. No, it seems to be water resistant. And plenty of pockets on the outside. I could fit everything in them. Cables, power supplies, amp sim pedal, etc. The backpack straps seem to be very sturdy. I've only had it for a month so I really can't speak for durability at this time, but for now I think I got a great bargain.

This is a well made soft case
My only real issue is that I play semi hollow guitars that are just a little too big for two to fit in the case. Les paul and strat style guitars fit just fine. Sturdy and high quality materials

Best gift ever!
Purchased for my Bass player Husband. He loves being able to grab one bag for a gig instead of two! It's sturdy and balances easily on his shoulder. Will consider ordering another.

Best protection for 2x basses
This 2x bass gig bag looks like it was built by the military. Very heavy duty. Zippers are extra strong. There are hard rubber bumpers at crash points to protect your goodies inside. Someone mentioned the zippers were weak. I zipped and unzipped them fully at least 5 times and they worked fine for me.Now I don't need to schlep 2 separate cases when I bring a backup bass to gigs.Just understand this:it's a heavy sucker with 2 basses in it. I have 2x Fender Jazz basses and the whole she-bang weighs in at over 23 lbs! But then, you only have to carry it once!

Great for traditional shapes
This is the second case ive bought from World Tour. My only complaint is that the design of the case caters strictly to Stratocastor, telecastor and les paul shapes. I needed this case for my BC Rich Mockingbird, mind you the Mockingbird is not an outrageous shape like many other guitars in the BC Rich catalog, it is a very tame shape however not tame enough to fit comfortably in the case. It will fit, but it does take a little forcing to get the bag to zip up. Otherwise the bag is extremely durable and makes carrying two guitars to a gig super easy. Lots of pocket space for accessories, over a great bag.

Excellent budget double or 2 bass gig bag, but too tight fit for violin style basses.
Mine didn’t come with any smell, and hasn’t stained the non-black basses black. Seeing those things in a few reviews had me worried, but not a problem for me. The interior could be softer, but it’s not terrible.Zippers seem great; not YKK, but not cheap, either. Decent amount of padding, good storage. Heavy with 2 basses, but the handles and shoulder straps should hold up well enough. It doesn’t fit violin style basses, though. :( I didn’t know the company also offers a gig bag specifically designed for those, and that they’re OOS everywhere at the moment, so it’s more my fault. Just know it will be a tight fit, probably too tight and not worth risking damage to your bass. But for P and J and the like, this is worth trying out.

UPDATE Great value in a travel bag for guitar/bass
Here is an UPDATE, 2+ years in to my ownership. Yes, this is an inexpensive bag. BUT I have used it now for several complicated trips via air, and on a weekly basis for much of the past year. On my most recent trip I noticed the bag was failing along one of the seams -- a critical one near where the backpack straps attach. I noted that the bag comes with a 5-year WARRANTY. So I called the company. A replacement bag is in the mail to me today! If I could upgrade higher than 5 stars I would do so. For under $50 and this kind of service/support and really good functionality in between, this is a real VALUE. Are you a touring PRO? Still worth considering, even if you need to replace it every so often. I'm very glad I made this purchase and would even consider buying again! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I used this to bring 1 guitar and 1 bass plus accessories on a trip involving a lot of air travel. The backpack arrangement was very comfortable, even with my heavy load. It held up very well but even if it were to wear out after a few trips, the price point makes this a fantastic deal. I added a piece of foam to the bottom of the section I carried the guitar in. I carried straps, digital recorder, some cameras, spare batteries and all kinds of other stuff in the flexible pockets. I try to fly Southwest when traveling with guitar as they will allow instrument bags in the overhead. Even fully loaded, this bag had no trouble fitting and was easy to pick up and move around. Good interior and exterior protection for the axes (but be careful, anyway).
