I have had other solar blankets that worked great, heating the pool by five to ten degrees. But this cover is useless. It actually blocks the heat. It's colder in the section under the blanket than in the areas open to the sun. It may be because it's thicker than ones I used previously. Also, it's grey on the bottom, blue on top, while the ones that worked for me before were just blue. I thought this would be an upgrade, according to the comparison charts they published. Not so. Maybe it helps with evaporation, but I haven't noticed that either. I wanted to give it every opportunity to work, but it never did and now of course it's too late to return it because I've had it just over a month. Very disappointed with this useless product, so I wanted to warn others not to waste their money.

It was nice that it came already cut in an oval shape. We did have to trim it on the sides. We do need to trim one of the oval sides to make it fit better but since its on the pool now, we have not done that yet. It feels a little lighter weight than 12 mil. We had a heavier weight solar cover, 18 Mil, that finally bit the dust last year. This lighter weight one does just as well so far in keeping the heat in and creating heat as the 18 Mil. My only complaint was that the plastic stuck together and we had a hard time separating it from itself. Over the past few months, it has lost its stickyness so we have an easier time rolling it up and unrolling on the pool.

We bought this for our 18' x 10' x 42" Oval Pool & it is Huge. It covers really well & heats up the water at least 10 degrees more then if we just had the pool cover on it. The Grandkids really appreciate it it also. My Husband put on & Takes it off by himself. He says its difficult at all to do.It seems to be very made very well too.

We can't believe how well this cover holds in the heat overnight when the temperature drops. We are not sure how effective it is at actually heating up the water 15x30 foot pool, but it is certainly better than the old cover we had. The other day the pool was 73 (still heating up) and the temperature dropped to the mid 30's overnight. The next morning we checked the water temp and it only went down 2 degrees. We are very pleased

Nice and easy to roll down the pool by myself. Don’t like how I have to cut to get it to fit but I think that’s typical.

This solar cover is very thick and a little heavy. It heats up the pool like it is supposed to. It was bigger than my pool and needs to be cut down to fit flat so that the wind doesn't pick it up, but better bigger than smaller! I would recommend this product.

Thin and dose not work very well. I just hope it will not fall apart..

looks heavy duty and we hope it lasts!! Appears to be the only spa blanket with a warranty. Easy to fit and cut to shape.
