I have abused these shoes. Still holding up. They take awhile to break in, but hold shape once they do. Broken glass, tacks, nails and screws on the floor, no ouchie yet. Haven't stepped on those standing point up though.

Very uncomfortable shoe.

These shoes are basically exactly as I expected them to be. They're a tad heavy, but also protective and fit well. They're just not very comfortable when it all comes down to it. I got them to wear while I helped coach softball because I always tend to ruin the front of my regular sneakers. And while I appreciate the fact that they protect me, in the end the stiff and solid form of the shoe is just not comfortable for someone who plans to be on their feet all day.Unless you are used to wearing heavy shoes, or soles that don't have a lot of support, then these shoes probably won't work for you as you need them to. But if you're used to being on your feet and just need a pair of well priced shoes to keep your feet protected, then these will do the job. Just don't expect them to be very comfortable while you're working.
